One of the highlights of my Seattle trip this Spring. The food was so yummy and lights. The two young men that worked here were genuine and gave great service! Would come back again!
I definitely miss Tsukushinbo’s sushi bar and omakase offerings but I am not disappointed in what they have transformed to.Staff is still friendly, the space is a lot more open and lighting is way better.The Ochazuke was the star of our lunch. Everything was perfectly portioned 10/10The Yaki Cheese could have been better with a different cheese.The Karaage was huge and delicious but had parts that were more salted than others which threw us off.

I got the oyako ochazuke and it was amazing! Great portion for the price, the salmon roe tasted fresh, and the waiter made the great rec to opt for the soy dashi. Would go again, worth the 15min wait. Amazing playlist too!!
