The food here is incredible. The black pepper spaghetti is excellent. I feel bad for the owners, though, due to their location. I wish the city government would clean up the area so a family-owned small business like Pacific Cafe wouldn't have to deal with the nastiness outside their doorstep.
This place was great! We got the Indonesian Fried Rice, Singapore Noodles, and Mixed Meat Plate. All were delicious! We also tried the sprite with salted lemon. Surprisingly yummy! Staff was super friendly. Can't wait to come back!

It’s rare to find a Hong Kong style cafe here in Seattle and it’s here!!!! :) This place serves really authentic Hong Kong afternoon tea style food. Amazing! Love the baked pork chop spaghetti/rice. Very tasty and yummy! Also love the lemon iced tea.
