Perihelion Brewery offers Seattle-weird food, but solid beer choices like saisons and stout. The blue cheese truffle burger stands out, while the nachos were just okay. The Galactic IPA is recommended. The space is chill with interstellar artwork, fantastic beers, and delicious, albeit messy, burgers and sandwiches. The spent grain pretzel is good, but the beer cheese sauce could be better. Overall, a great place to relax, enjoy some beer, and indulge in fantastic fries by the fire.
