My overall experience was fantastic, After spending our whole day sightseeing in Seattle, we decided to stop by Sal y Limón and try it out. The best decision ever, we got seated quickly and we were treated very kindly. We got seated on the second floor of the restaurant and we had the view of the space needle. We ordered some ceviche as an appetizer and Carne Asada as our entree. I was amazed how good the Mexican food was. We will be back
This unassuming spot has the nicest staff and unexpectedly great food. I had chile relleno for lunch and it was zingy and really special for a lunch plate. The chile itself was so fresh and flavorful, and the filling was a great complement--not a thick/greasy cheese, so maybe goat? And herby. Mmmm. Now I want to go back for dinner.

Had lunch here today with my cousin while I'm in town for a convention. We grew up in Texas so have expectations when trying a new Mexican restaurant and this exceeded them. Started out with an amuse bouche which I'd never had before at a Mexican restaurant.
