I come here every morning for my coffee and breakfast before catching the bus for work. The staff is always cheerful (much more than I could be at 5:30am) and friendly, my things are always made just the way I asked and very quickly, I'm greeted as I enter and greeted as I leave. For being my very first interaction with people, it's incredibly pleasant. Kudos to them! No complaints here!
I used to really enjoy coming to the Lake City Starbucks. I'd sit and prepare for my day. Now it's very busy with preorders, staff seems overwhelmed and isn't as friendly..

They are really nice in this Starbucks! They really know their drinks and are very willing to make any changes for gluten and dairy.
