I had to write a review for this specific location. They delivered exceptional service this morning! I decided to do a mobile order, however being in Seattle one can expect to have one in nearly every corner of this city. So I placed my order, walked on over, and lord and behold my order was not there. Panicked I asked about my order only to find out that I went to the wrong location. Space is amazing. The handful of times I've been here the staff is always on the verge of incompetent. Cashiers poorly trained. Communication is awkward. Staff seems to misunderstand the relationship between the customer and them or the business. If the space wasn't so beautiful I wouldn't literally waste my time coming here

AMAZING staff and service and super convenient to have as a resident near here - but what's up with the hours at this location? They're randomly closed for weeks at a time (for construction?), and they recently reopened with a 2pm closing time. This is a central downtown location in Seattle, and it'd be nice if it was more consistent, available, and reliable in terms of operating hours.
