I love tea republik-- it's one of the only coffee/tea shops open late! It really caters to students. This is an awesome place to get a pot of tea and study. Not to mention, the menu is vast from non caffeinated fruit teas to black teas so there's something for everybody! They have a daily tea menu that rotates specialty teas that have juices or syrups, almost like little cocktails. So delicious, good vibes, and an awesome place to hang out near campus.
Tea Republik is the best tea house I've ever been to. Great atmosphere (quiet, dimmed lights) and the people working there are super nice. They have a TON of drink options and they're always great about making adjustments to their drinks. Highly recommend Tea Republik ??

One of my go-to places for flavorful and delightful tea! The vibe(yea its outside look and inside are like 2 different worlds!) is great for social catch-up with friends or just working on your own stuff on laptop alone. I always get French Pear in tea pot which gives a very creamy and smooth taste with some fruity sweetness.
