I come from central California where the best clam chowder comes from splash Cafe in Pismo Beach California I had yet to find another clam chowder that I was a huge fan of that was until I had the clam chowder here it might just be better than splash cafe even!

Ok, so I get it, it's a tourist hot spot so prices are expected to be high. But over $140 for some a kids Mac, fish tacos the pasta special, a platter and a app NEVER again. Best part of the meal was the appetizer, crab dip and even it was mediocre at best. Fish in the tacos and fisherman platter or whatever it's called was either under cooked or old?? Mushy texture and could tell the oil was either old or had been burnt at some point. But in all fairness thw 8yo didn't complain...read full review
