The Octopus Bar is a super fun "dive" bar with an immaculate ambiance, where nautical nonsense is something you wish. The drinks are of average quality, and the food is typical bar food, though the Salty Shack offers amazing dishes. The service can be a little slow, but the bar is seemingly understaffed. Despite this, the Octopus Bar is well-managed, with incredibly friendly and well-organized staff. They even went the extra mile to return a lost bracelet with a great-grandmother's diamond. The bar hosts plenty of midweek events, and it becomes a lively party scene as the night progresses, making it a great destination for dates, groups, and late-night revelers.
