I love this place, I come often for my lunch break, and the owner is so kind and interested in his customers. He's offered me free gyoza with my pho when I'm the first customer of the day (:
Good pho and really good chicken katsu! We've come here for years and so glad this place is in Magnolia especially since my husband, oldest daughter and I all really enjoy a hot bowl of pho but my other kids not so much, so they always get the chicken katsu. They have the best katsu in Magnolia, in my opinion!

Went to Time 4 Pho for the first time. It was very delicious ?. Ordered their bbq pork spring rolls and steak/meatballs pho. Flavors were on point, the pho’s broth is very flavorful, and everything about it was perfect!!! Customer service was friendly!!! Highly recommended! Love love love it ?
