“My most favorite sushi restaurant in Seattle! I am always impressed by the fresh ingredients and great service! The presentation of each dish shows the thoughtfulness of the chefs. The knowledge of a long time waiter, Edward, is amazing and appreciated. This restaurant is on the pricey side so I usually go for special occasions, but when I do go, it's worth every penny!“

“We went there during Seattle’s restaurant week and we could not be disappointed! The hosts and the whole service was amazing .. and the food really good - the quality and variety of the fish was just perfect.Although we are not dessert people, we decided to try the matcha tiramisu (and what a lovely surprise!!)“

Find ice cream that's both gluten-free and dairy-free is enough of a challenge, that I had given up on ever having an ice cream "cone" again. This was a real treat! I tasted several flavors and they were all delicious. The staff was also very helpful in looking up other ingredients to consider for any allergies. Instead of getting a full scoop, I decided to split one between two seasonal flavors: Carrot Cake and For the Love of Lemon. Both were wonderful! My spouse ordered a full scoop of Jamocha Chaga Fudge. He was amazed and kept asking, "How did they make it so creamy?" The plant-based ice cream truly is "Plant Magic!" We will be back!“

“We came for dinner tonight and we were greeted with the welcoming staff and their smiles. That set the stage for the evening. We started off with virgin mojito. It was refreshing and tasty. Then we ordered the mojito platter for appetizer which included the yucca fries, tostones and fried plantains. For entrees we had camarones Carmen Miranda, vaca frita and pescado mojito. Every single dish we tried were so perfectly seasoned, beautifully plated and delicious. You can tell that each dish is made with love. The flavors in each dish will remind you of a destination so far away, a culture represented in its food. We finished off our meal with the desserts, quesillo and tres leches. Both were delicious as well. I highly recommend this place. We will be back to try the rest of the dishes in their menu. This is a hidden gem. Luam, the owner is an amazing host, he’s the owner. He made sure that we had an unforgettable dining experience.“

“We are visiting from Chicago and noticed all the reviews so we had to try the sandwiches here. The reviews are NOT wrong. We had the turkey and havarti cheese sandwich with fig spread and the hot ham, egg and cheese. They were awesome!! The owner is so friendly! It’s a must eat here.“

“Kenny was our server and he was awesome. The food was fantastic and we got so much for the price (the biscuits and gravy are to die for). Kenny seemed to be the only server at the time (around 12:45-1:00pm) and was working all the tables calmly and efficiently. He was personable when we talked and was extremely polite.I am a server myself, so I tend to be pretty judgy about the service I get when I’m out, but I was genuinely impressed and pleased with my experience. “IT'S NOT FISH! It looks like fish and the texture is firm like fish, but when you see it irl you can tell it doesn't quite catch the light the same way, and the flavor is lacking the distinctive taste that salmon has, and the deep buttery flavor of tuna. However, the rolls we got were all very flavorful and well-prepared. I especially liked the crunchy salmon roll, I think is what it was. And the one we got with tempura "shrimp". The seaweed salad was delicious too. I would definitely like to come back.“

“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. “Absolutely loved this place! From the ambiance to the staff and food! We ordered the steak which was cooked in front of us and it was delicious. We also had the cheeseburger and it was delicious as well. The fries were perfect, crisp and seasoned, with fresh grated cheese on top. The atmosphere especially made the dinner memorable.“

“This is the best place for donuts. This shop needs more exposure. Dj is a great guy and makes the best donuts in town. I live in Everett, and I drive to his shop in Lynnwood. “Eden Hill was such a a mind blowing experience. I have celiac and they took such good care of me with amazing gluten free food in a group of 4. The shared plates gave us an opportunity to try a bit of everything and when the group ordered items that weren't safe for me they gave me safe versions to try whenever possible. They were truly just so kind and caring about the food and the experience they served up. I can't recommend this place enough! Definitely will be back anytime we're in Seattle.“

“What a great place! Tried the pizza and a pasta dish, which were both delicious. Tiramisu for dessert was also great. We went for dinner on Friday, and it was packed (which is always a good sign). Because of the lack of seating, they sat us at the chef's table, which was neat, because we could watch them cook and the line run. Just a note: the seats at the chefs table were pretty uncomfortable (just a small wooden bar stool with no back). It was worth it to me, to be able to watch the chefs cook, but my partner (who is a large man) was very uncomfortable. Overall, a great experience with great food and service!“

“Ordered this on Uber Eats to have a quick bite at my hotel while in town. I was a little worried on how this would travel but was pleasantly surprised that it came hot and secure. I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) bowl with sweet garlic chicken and added an over easy egg and a side of Napa kimchi (not my favorite). The chicken was super tasty but wish there was a little bit more in the bowl. It also came with spicy pickles (amazing!) and a creamy sesame sauce (YUM), which went perfectly.“

“What excellent customer service I received today from Baljid, the man who picked up the phone when I called. My friend is stuck in UW Medical Center up the street and was craving butter chicken. Was confused with grub hub/uber eats so i decided to call. BALJID picked up and took my order. Even suggested dishes. I ended up ordering butter chicken with extra sauce and rice, pakora, and garlic naan. The chef cooked the food to perfection. The staff/delivery staff followed my detailed instructions of how to get the food to my friend in the hospital. We tasted a wide range of innovative flavor combinations, and easily found something that we both loved. She was also able to accommodate dietary restrictions – making a small gluten-free, dairy-free cake to go along with the primary cake. She worked with us to keep us on budget and delivered a stunning and delicious cake. “Came for the first time today to try out the vegan Mac and cheese w vegan chorizo. I’m not a vegan however I am abstaining from meat/dairy for Ethiopian orthodox fasting right now and was really craving cheese. I had low hopes for vegan Mac and cheese but was incredibly surprised how creamy/cheesy-flavored theirs was! The vegan chorizo tasted more like ground beef than chorizo but still, it didn't taste like I was eating “fake” ingredients! “I LOVE Miro tea. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. As you can probably tell from my photos, they also have pastries from Seattle bakeries. The pots of tea are nice because they will give you more hot water if you run out. I like the feeling and look of their mugs. It gets really busy during the weekends so if you want a more pleasant experience I would go during the week (I have to work so I don’t go during the week but I assume it’s less busy?) or right when it opens weekend mornings. I also like that it’s open a bit later than most tea or coffee shops. It was one of the very first places I went to when I moved to Seattle (and was feeling very scared and unsettled). It made me happy to be here.“

“I was raised by Sicilian family in Brooklyn New York. I take seriously my Italian gravy. I received a flyer from Palermo so I decided to check it out. I went and ordered a glass of Chianti and asked for a sample of their base marinara sauce. The owner Ivo without hesitation brought the wine and the sample sauce. After a teaspoon of the gravy I approved. It was sweet, fresh spices and well made. Ivo says he adds Chianti and fresh blended spices and herbs in the sauce… no wonder.
