This place is great at night or on weekends.You can taste the difference of the chefs during the week. Pad se ew was super runny like soup, not carmelized or thick sauce at all.It's the inconsistent service.

This has been my favorite Thai restaurant in/near Seattle for many years. They do a great job on vegan offerings, their Phad See Ew without fish sauce is delicious (many places do badly with that). Pad Thai is also excellent, and there are many vegetarian options The atmosphere is really nice, you forget you're in a strip mall.
