“If you’re looking for homestyle plates of thai food and cheap drinks, this is absolutely the place. If you’re looking for fancy cookery with unique garnishes and flair, not so much. A family-run neighborhood business with excellent service, but if you’re looking to be “wow’ed” with flavor and atmosphere, Thai bistro is the spot in Shoreline. Pretty great food at a bargain prices for the Seattle area though.“
“This has been my favorite Thai restaurant in/near Seattle for many years. They do a great job on vegan offerings, their Phad See Ew without fish sauce is delicious (many places do badly with that). Pad Thai is also excellent, and there are many vegetarian options The atmosphere is really nice, you forget you're in a strip mall. There's a giant wooden carved structure that is very impressive.Vegetarian options: Can get without fish sauce and still have great flavorDietary restrictions: can veganizeParking: In a strip mall, plenty of places. Easy to get too, just off Aurora.“
“If you are looking for a vegan restaurant near the Space Needle this is one of the better place to visit! It takes about 10 mins to reach by cab. It’s a cute little restaurant with good ambience! We tried Kati satay for appetizer. And for the main course we tried curry fried rice and khao soi!! The food tasted very good and the service was pretty quick!Overall it was a pleasant experience!“
“Electric experience. Can’t wait to go back again. Food was authentic, bursting with flavor ! Order the chicken rice and enjoy that chilli sauce. Mix it up with the khai soi noodles and end your time with the mango sticky rice. Flush the whole thing with that Thai iced tea drink. You won’t regret!“
“This is the best thai restaurant in Seattle. The quality of the ingredients and the cleanliness of the restaurant are unmatched. We order at least 3 times a week, great selection of menu. Super hard working and kind employees. Thank you for all your hard work keeping this place a Seattle “
“Been here couple of times because it’s near my home. Quality food with fair price and tidy environment. Even though it’s a small local restaurant but they also plating the dish which shows the food is made with care and menu is designed as well.“
“So delicious! Kin Len is walk in only and you’re placed on a waitlist. Once your name is called you’re seated. We were a party of 5 that came in on Sunday night. We waited about 20 minutes after putting our name down. I ordered a Thai iced tea and the pad see eeiw with chicken. Both were amazing and so delicious! I loved my drink and the noodles were flavorful and a good portion too. I asked to make it spicy and it was perfect.“
“The best affordable Thai in the area. Service is quick, friendly and the chef is amazing. I prefer to put my order in online so I can pick up quickly...Personally I wish the location was better. There's a bunch of homeless who hang out who will break windows on the shell gas station. Last time I was by I had to sit in my car with the doors locked because a guy was screaming and throwing the trash can around at cars and people. Not the food trucks fault! Wish SPD took the violence at this Shell more seriouslyVegetarian options: Can do any dish vegetarian“
“It's probably one of the best Thai restaurants near the Mill Creek and Bothell area. I have only tried three of their dishes, the Phad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Pad See Ew. All three were amazing. Plenty of flavor and freshly prepared. There are plenty of portions in each order. The cost was fair. Nowadays, with everything costly, understand the higher than norm prices. The business owners are feeling the high costs. I don't feel like I overpaid with the food I got. There are several reasons, there is no way I could make this type of dish even if I could find a video on YouTube. Plus, it's better to just order authentic Thai from a real business. Also a pleasure to reward the taste buds from time to time and support our local businesses.“
“What an absolute gem of a restaurant! My dining and takeout experiences at Pink Bee was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in the warm, welcoming atmosphere that only a family-run establishment can provide. The authenticity of the Thai cuisine served here is truly unparalleled. Every dish is crafted with care and expertise, delivering flavors that transport you straight to the bustling streets of Thailand. It's evident that each recipe is steeped in tradition, passed down through generations, and prepared with a generous sprinkle of love. The menu offers a delightful array of options, from classic staples to lesser-known treasures, ensuring there's something to tantalize every palate. Whether you're a fan of fiery curries, fragrant stir-fries, or indulgent noodle dishes, you're sure to find a new favorite here. And don't even get me started on the appetizers – each bite is a burst of flavor that leaves you craving more.Beyond the exquisite food, what truly sets Pink Bee apart is the genuine hospitality of the staff. It's evident that this isn't just a business – it's a passion project, a labor of love. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel like part of the family, adding an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience. Moreover, the fact that this restaurant is managed and operated by family and friends adds an extra dimension of charm. There's a sense of pride and dedication that permeates every aspect of the establishment, making each visit feel like coming home.In a world of cookie-cutter chain restaurants, Pink Bee is a refreshing reminder of the magic that happens when passion, tradition, and love come together. Whether you're a seasoned Thai food enthusiast or a curious newcomer, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Pink Bee! <3“
“Spent my birthday dinner here and it was spectacular. Definitely recommend at least one signature dish among other options family style. It was the best way to we explore most of the menu. The drinks were also delicious. Definitely will be coming back.“
“Such a gem! We celebrated our friends birthday here and the staff was so generous and kind. The food was delicious and atmosphere was lovely. A really special spot that even non-vegans will love. Mango sticky rice and mango salad were especially delicious. Tom Kha was delicious as well. Accommodating for gluten allergies.“
“The lighting in the restaurant is warm-toned, which makes for a comfortable dining experience. There’s a beautiful wall mural; the colors tie in really well to the furniture. The server was patient and willing to answer questions about the menu. I enjoyed the shrimp tempura and the accompanying sauce. They offered chopsticks as well, which I appreciated. Overall a lovely dining experience.Vegetarian options: Lots of grilled vegetable and tofu dishes.“
“Hey, Thai restaurant specializing in cuisine of the Isan region of Thailand, which apparently features less curries and more grilled meats and spicy salads than the Bangkok style cuisine. Most Americans are used to. The offerings were certainly unique (and the pork jerky was delicious!) but I felt the portion sizes were a bit small for the price. Certainly worth trying though if you’d like to sample something beyond the typical pad Thai/pad see ew!Vegetarian options: There are fewer vegetarian options here(meat dishes are more emphasized in Isan cuisine), but they are available“
“This place has fresh food and clean kitchen.I watched the kitchen crew and they were really serious about serving the food. The place is clean and they are proud. The food is cooked properly with the right flavor and the ingredients. I will definitely go back ?“
“Every dish I’ve had here stands out compared to pretty much every other Thai restaurant. Which is not easy to do in this area. However it does come with a slight price increase that I feel is often worth it, often not always. The inside is on the small side but the layout provides a nice separation that makes you feel like you’re in a larger space. The decor is nice and clean. The materials are fairly high quality. This spot has decent natural lighting, but this does make it feel a bit odd because the day I can was dull and it reflected inside. Meh, I could see my food just fine, just wish they had more lights.Their service is also just ok. Nothing special and far from bad. They are nice. I was able to get seated right away during happy hour. I’ve been here before and also passed by many times and this place has never been packed. Not sure why when they have these amazing dishes. Maybe the price for the area makes this more of a luxury despite being better priced than many of the nicer restaurants in the area.I can say their food taste absolutely delicious. Every meal I’ve had was better than anywhere else in the area. They also offer many dishes I just don’t find anywhere around here. On my last visit I tried the jackfruit salad and 2 different crab based dishes. The jackfruit salad was over powered by the fish sauce flavor and I couldn’t eat more than 2. Needs more salad or maybe something else to help cut or spread the saltiness. My Kanom Jean Numya Pu had amazing flavor and texture, but was for sure not worth the high price I paid. Everything about it was underwhelming but the flavor. I’m glad I experienced it, but wish I had ordered something different. The curry softshell crab was spot on. No complaints with this dish. The proportions made sense and there was actually enough crab to satisfy. Every other dish I’ve had at this location was a similar experience to how I felt about the crab curry. Unique, tasty, decent portion, prices appropriate.I highly recommend planning a simple date night here or even just getting a solo plate. You for sure can find cheaper or more expensive, but eating here almost corrects the judgement bar of what middle quality Thai food is. No this isn’t the most fancy Thai restaurant and no it’s not a hole in the wall. To be honest I’d rather come here than several of the fanciest Thai restaurants I’ve been to. Can’t wait to come back.Vegetarian options: I wouldn’t say they spell it out so much, but they have many dishes that come without meat.“
“Got the Khao Mun Gai and the chicken is well cooked and very moist. Would highly recommend getting extra chicken and sauce as both are delicious. The chicken soup that it’s served with is also a great balance to the meal. Only flaw to the meal was the rice as some parts of it are mushy and overall quite flavorless. Would definitely visit again!“
“Isarn was an absolutely wonderful Thai restaurant. We were visiting our friends in Queen Anne and decided to go here for dinner. The atmosphere was really great. It was a very modern and classy yet casual vibe. The service by the staff was great, and our food got to us quick and was served hot.I had the veggie fried rice with fried tofu. It was absolutely delicious, and very flavorful. My wife had the isarn herbal soup and enjoyed it. Our friends had the chicken and regular fried rice and enjoyed it. I also had the signature cocktail, butterfly pea, and it was really good and was also beautiful to look at.I felt the prices were reasonable for what you received and for great Thai food. I highly recommend Isarn if you want good Thai food!“
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Yes Siam Thai Cafe and Bar, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Nestled in a lively corner, this gem combines the best of Thai cuisine with a vibrant bar scene, creating an unforgettable dining experience. The menu at Yes Siam Thai Cafe and Bar is a perfect fusion of traditional Thai dishes and innovative flavors. From the aromatic soup to the flavorful Pad Thai, every dish was a harmonious blend of authentic Thai ingredients and modern culinary techniques. The balance of spices and fresh ingredients elevated each bite, leaving me craving more. What sets Yes Siam apart is its inviting and lively atmosphere. The bar area buzzes with energy, offering an impressive selection of handcrafted cocktails and a wide range of spirits. The bartender Kran behind the bar is a true artist, crafting unique and flavorful concoctions that perfectly complement the bold flavors of the Thai cuisine. The service at Yes Siam Thai Cafe and Bar was impeccable, with a friendly and attentive staff that made me feel like a valued guest. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and ensured that every detail of our dining experience was taken care of.The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and stylish, with tasteful Thai-inspired decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends, Yes Siam Thai Cafe and Bar provides the perfect setting for a memorable evening!“
“Phó shop owned by a mom and pop literally. They have big portions and great food. Small restaurant, but packs a punch! Parking can be kind of a challenge, but its worth the hassle.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options, like veggies or tofu“
“Easily one of my preferred Thai places. I am normally not a yellow curry girl anymore, but a couple years back I got their yellow curry on a whim and have not stopped being low-key obsessed since. My boyfriend and I also agree their Pad Thai is one of the better ones available in the city. I just moved out of the neighborhood and I'm gonna miss walking down the street to pick-up, but I will make the effort to go out of my way and pick-up from here periodically.“
“Best Thai food I've had in Seattle for the past 5 years. The flavors are well balanced. Not super sweet like typical Thai food elsewhere. The Panang curry was flavorful with a generous serving of meat. The Pad Kee Mao was 10 out of 10! It has a smokey flavor, soft noodles, and plenty of meat and veggies. Service was okay since I came during dinner rush, but the servers were nice and accommodating. I will be a frequent customer for sure!“
“Had my sight out on Laotian food and this place did not disappoint! Everything was so good! Beware of the spice. I can handle spicy and this had a good kick at a level 3. Nam Khao Thum Mak Hoong Garlic Trout Sai Ooua Panh Pa All 5/5. Nam Khao and Sai Ooua are very popular Laotian dishes. Although good. I would say favorite dish was the Panh Pa and Garlic Trout. Service was quick and superior. Plenty of room for a group as well. Come give it a try!“
“I had the lunch special of Chili and Basil, the service was swift and very friendly, the food and atmosphere was equally enjoyable! It’s also quite fairly priced considering the location! I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch, or even for catering! The noodles are a palette cleanser, so they’re meant to be a mild flavor, which does wonders for enjoying the meal to its fullest! I’ll be having my lunches here from now on! Thank you for the wonderful service Ti22!“
“Great place for lunch or dinner. The food is delicious and the portions are bigger than other restaurants. The vege ingredients are fresh and cooked to crunch. The owner, Lee, is very friendly and genuinely cares about your dining experience. I recommend this restaurant for dine in or to go.“
“I got the Pad See Ewi found these noodles to be pretty high-level when it comes to thai cuisinei've had lots of pad thai, pad see ew, and pad ki mao in the past, and this place did a fantastic job with their pad see ewthe best part were the noodles - they were large, wide, and incredibly soft and flavorfulthey served as a blanket to cover all other parts of the dish in a comforting, always there flavorthe entire dish was coated with soy sauce and a very sweet (maybe molasses) add-onI have to say, this was the sweetest thai dish i've had - I know pad see ew is naturally supposed to be sweeter than theother main thai dishes, but this was pretty sweet - it tasted really good though and there was a lot of itthe tofu was fine - it was pretty soft inside. i wish the outside was more crispy - maybe have it fried - but it was still good enoughthe egg was really goodi found the brocoli to be a little disappointing - it wasn't really tender - as it was instead somewhat hard and required a little bit of forceto eat - not as soft as I was expectingThe spice part of this meal was definitely a letdown. I ordered 4 stars, but what I got had barely even a hint of spiceLike I said, I get that pad see ew is naturally sweeter, but when I ask for 4/5 stars, there needs to be extra spice added compared toa normal 4 star spice dish in order to compensate for that. Pretty much no spice whatsoeverThe portion size was pretty good - for roughly 13 dollars, I got a pretty large plate that kept me full.overall, really strong flavor profile with good ingredients, but missing the spice necessary for the top tier. 8.5/10“
“I went for the first time with my friend who had been here before. I thought it was delicious and unique. The Chiang Mai Curry Noodle was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The coconut ice cream was great, served with lychee and palm jelly. I will be back.“
“Its been a while since I’ve been back (pre-covid) and the food is still as yummy as I remember!Parking: Shared retail parking lotPet friendly: NoFamily friendly: YesFOOD:1. Mushroom Fritters Hed-Tod-Nga (Sesame battered crispy oyster mushrooms with sweet plum dipping sauce) $10.50: 3 Stars – I wont be ordering this again but glad I tried it. The flavor is okay but the mushrooms seemed like they were undercook as they weren’t really golden. The best part was the sweet plum dipping sauce.2. Crying Tiger Sua-Rong-Hai (8oz grilled ribeye steak marinated Thai style served with a dry chili tamarind sauce) $18.75: 4 Stars – I’ve been craving this for weeks now and super happy I got it! The steak was grilled perfectly to my medium rare and the sauce was very flavorful. I did have TWO things I wish was better – the cut of the steak… it was so thin LOL and the sauce had no heat. I solved that problem by take the fried chili oil from my friend’s curry noodle dish.3. Lamb Massmum with Roti (Australian lamb with potatoes in a hearty brown curry served with a crispy flat bread and small cucumber salad) $21.25 + Sticky Rice $2.50: 4 Stars – The lamb was so good. Nice flavor and texture. I wish I could sub out the potatoes with more lamb! I’m pretty sure the roti was deep fried as I’ve never seen it like this before so I don’t know what they were doing in the kitchen.4. Chiang Mai Curry Noodles (Egg noodles and chicken thigh simmered in curry soup. Topped with crispy egg noodles w/ pickled mustard, red onions, lime, and fried chili oil) $15.95: 4 Stars – great flavor and a lot of noodles! I wish the curry was a little thicker as that’s how I like mine but that is a personal preferenceDRINKS:Thai Iced Milk Tea – soooo good. I cant even remember the last time I had Thai iced tea. I always want to make it at home just so I could have it whenever I want but the bag the tea leaves come in is way too big LOLMENU/RESTAURANT:I love the design of their menu. They put a lot of thought in the menu – presentation and the items themselves. Not sure if that makes the food seem more active but two thumbs up!The restaurant is pretty small but nicely decorated with Thai art and kitchen items that make it very homey but pretty. I’ve never been here when it as super packed that I had to wait ::fingers crossed:: which shows they have a steady line of folks which reflects why they are still around post-covid.SERVICE:Everyone here is super friendly and always checking on us without pestering. We did have a funny moment when one of the server was trying to take the curry noodle from my friend before she was done. To be fair, her bowl looked done LOL“
“The place has great atmosphere but the food taste is sub par. Also for the price, the quantity is not up to the mark. We ordered the cashew nut tofu and drunken noodles with tofu. The noodles tasted good but the cashew nut tofu lacked flavor. Tofu in both these dishes was less.“
“Came here on a very cold day for some warm noodles. Unfortunately we were seated right next to the door and half the people in Seattle don't seem to understand the concept of closing it behind them when they enter and leave when it's 20 degrees outside.Griping aside I thought the food was pretty good! I wish the portions were a little larger as I didn't leave feeling very full so if you are hungry I advise ordering more than just a bowl of noodles.“
“One of the best Thai places I've been to. The special noodle soup is a must try and it's out of this world. The panang curry is top notch too. The ambiance is ideal and the service is on point. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.“
“Service is always kind and the atmosphere is great. I enjoy the food but will say it’s not the best Thai I’ve ever had. The pad thai lacks some complexity. The authentic Thai dishes like soups are really good though :) the portion sizes are also very small compared to other Thai places in the area with similar pricing and atmosphere.“
“We absolutely loved our server—he made us feel like we were in our neighborhood delicious restaurant/bar/longe. In fact, would Wild Ginger ever co side having live music on Fridays and Saturdays? That would be the ultimate cherry on top!!“
“It was such a wonderful experience. I was at Bahn Thai about 10 days ago. And I was so pleased with the total experience. We were short on time because we had a couple of things planned after and it was my last day in Seattle. Shawn was absolutely wonderful. All dishes are custom made and due to my dietary restrictions, I always have limited options. But even through the limited options, this was the best Thai food I have had in a while. Everything was so perfectly blended and even though all the dishes on the menu are made to order, they were all cooked to perfection!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian/vegan options. I am allergic to eggs unless mixed in cakes. I normally avoid Thai food because most places still have an after taste of egg and sometimes it still affects me with my allergy. But at Bahn Thai my experience was very different. There was no after taste of eggs and the dish did not even smell like eggs. It was such a great experience and I would definitely go back!“
“Loved this place! My husband and I got takeout and were so impressed by the care and attention they paid to the packaging! The food was also flavorful and fresh. We picked up and wished we had ordered in at the restaurant because the vibes seemed so cozy!“
“I can’t believe I haven’t left a review for this place yet… just go! Everything on the menu is so good like the papaya salad, soups, noodles - yes it’s a general list cause again - sooo good! Plus the staff is wonderful and makes you feel welcome and special. Authentic AND delicious!“
“Hidden gem tucked away in the Thrasher’s Corner neighborhood. Exemplary authentic Thai dishes, service and ambience. Nicely done! We were pleasantly surprised to find that they serve $picky dishes and offer duck in various forms. Although we didn’t try the duck this visit, we definitely will next time. Thai street food offerings l?ked legit, too. Their spice levels are denoted on the menu and spice level four (4) hit the mark for sure. Nice and spicy! The wings were super, as was the phad Thai and soup. Can’t wait to go back and have some duck. Thai iced tea to keep cool is the move. The bar seemed like it had potential but it was too early to explore. Big cocktail menu. Highly recommend! Yum!“
“Took a break from working on the boat to grab some lunch. Decided to give Pok Pok Thai Kitchen a try. The food has authentic flavors, Yo was a gracious server and the restaurant was warm and welcoming. True little gem in a strip mall, we will be back!“
“A super trendy atmosphere at this Thai Restaurant. The main dish was excellent. A great portion size too. We both got the Chicken Pad Thai. I got level 3 Spicy while the other plate was Level 1 out of 5. Level 3 was a lot spicer than I expected so next time I would get Level 2 since Level 1 was no spice at all. The side of white rice very good and fresh. The Veggie Spring rolls were average. The Thai iced Coffee was very tasty and delicious. The service was good. There were multiple different people checking in on our table. I loved how each table had a personal pitcher to give us the ability to refill our water. Overall, a great Thai dinner and experience at premium prices.“
“Deeply Generous, Jill’s soul is pure as gold;)Plus, her Crispy Garlic Chicken smells like heaven, made with juicy, tender chicken breast, this incredibly ‘crispy’ dish pairs superbly with her delicious garlic sauce. (Your choice of Spice level is available, 1-5)Jill’s Crispy Garlic Chicken, served on a bed of cabbage and with white rice, it’s easily one of the best “Chinese” or Thai foods, I’ve ever enjoyed. Probably because Jill’s ‘delicacy’ is love. Even with Jill’s skill as Cordon Bleu trained Chef, it seems like her Generosity is what truly elevates the taste.Sincerely, JennaferPS As a mother herself, Jill’s also knows how to tap into the hearts of children. “The food is good but the interior is odd for a Thai place. This place used to be a burger joint and was totally decked out in kitschy Americana decor like route 66 signs, classic car posters, vintage toys, flags and whatnot. They left it all up exactly like it was. It was kinda too much for a burger place, but it made more sense than it does for a Thai place. It almost takes away from the good food because it's so disjointed.“
“This place serves up vegetaruan with flavors so amazing you'll question ever going back to meat. Service is attentive and quick. Been here 4 different times and was thrilled every time.Vegetarian options: Many dishes have the option of choosing mixed vegetables over meat making the entree vegetarian. The flavors are even better with the veggies options.“
“I’ve been here multiple times for team lunch and it never disappoints me. Their stir-fry dishes are well-seasoned and tasty ? my favorites are the Haang Noodles, Pad See Ew, and Drunken NoodlesThey also have desserts but I’ve never tried those - on my to-try list now :))“
“Overall a great local Thai place in the heart of Wallingford. We ordered the Pad Thai and orange chicken and would absolutely order both again. We had the crab delight appetizer and it was good, the middle was a little cold like it hadn’t been cooked for long enough after being in the freezer/fridge.The service was good, I wish the server wrote down our order as they mixed things up and had tried to remember it all which made for an awkward experience. Overall nice and would highly recommend for a date night“
“Really great Thai comfort food. Portions are really generous and affordable! The interior of the restaurant is really nice and comfortable. Service was friendly, they had a couple high school kids hosting/serving. Highly recommend, I will be back!“
“Zab Thai is a favorite lunch spot of ours with Vegan options. We always split a soup, a curry and noodle dish, and have a glass of chardonnay. The food is fresh and delicious every time, the service friendly and courteous. Plus large windows and lovely exotic atmosphere. It would also be a great place for date night!“
“Had takeout (can’t really dine in) at this place for the first time yesterday since it’s walking distance to my bro’s place. We ordered chicken pad Thai and a couple of house fried rice with beef with free crunchy egg rolls they threw in. Food was amazing! Will definitely try again!“
“The food is spot on and thankfully not too spicy. Well balanced and well seasoned. My son loves the spring rolls. My wife loves the yellow curry with extra chicken on a bowl of rice. I love the house salad. It reminds me of Koh San Road but the quality of produce is better at Naan Thai. The peanut sauce is exactly how I like it: light on chili and oil. Stick close to the noodle dishes, vegetables, soups and curries. The interior is simple and spacious. It's located on a cute drag of Madrona.“
“People,I am an avid Thai food fiend and I must tell you that you have to try the Crab fried rice and noodle dishes at Issaya. It is by far the tastiest in all of Puget Sound. What are you waiting for! Order now!Over and out!Sgt. Mike Parking: Easy parking and access.“
