“The staff was very nice. The food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was pleasant . the restaurant was very clean. I do think I like original recipe more than extra crispy.... My taste buds have changed since I was a kid.Kid-friendliness: It was a nice place for the kids to there was no negative talk there was no bad influences on them. Kids love the stickers that got. And the manager or whoever helped us was a very pleasant and nice.“
“First time actually dining in with the family vs drive thru. Place was clean, quiet, and the food was great. My daughter and I had the tenders and the wife the traditional bone-in chicken. No complaints other than a bit pricey for a family of 3.“
“I had never eaten here but I had a doctor appointment close by and decided to take home dinner for my husband and I. Not having an eat in space is hard - your car is only option if you dont live close. I live in the valley. Got a 8 piece mixed meal. YUMMY!! Spicy chicken was amazing! Rolls- super good- although no butter or honey provided. Mac and cheese was okay with strange flavor to me. (Almost mexican?!?) Mashed potatoes were good on own, weird thing was they left the salt out of the "housemade" gravy!! I called and told them and the guy apologized as he said he forgot the salt and pepper in the gravy. For $35+ I would have expected better. But the spicy chicken itself was wonderful! We are from the south and we love our fried chicken! Next time we will just get the chicken and maybe some house breaded okra- if it is house made? Folks were nice- just a big menu mistake and no offer to fix or compensate.“
“Tonight my Family and I ordered the Family Fill Up with the 8 piece tenders. Part of our order was missing and we live about 50 minutes away. I called and talked to Jed, he offered to give us a whole new order in the morning. My family and I appreciate it, but will decline. Please pay it forward to someone else. We are grateful Customer Service is alive and well. I encourage whoever the Manager is at this location to give Jed a pay raise, promotion or whatever attaboy you can. Thank you Jed“
“I visited Monday evening it was not very busy the staff and customer service was spot on. Having a variety of A&W and KFC is awesome something for everyone the drive thru is a bit narrow and I can only imagine a bit challenging in the winter over all great experience. In reading some of the other comments it may be worth another try everywhere is working so short staffed especially in this industry patience and kindness go along way“
“It was such a fun place to do a small dinner date. I had the cheesy chicken sandwich, and my girl had the southwest salad, and it was so good. It was a little busy, but we still got our food under 5 minutes of wait! Definitely would recommend it. And also such a huge shout out to my server Sinead, who was such a huge help in me being a first time there.“
