Over half the time I come here the staff do not answer or take my order on the intercom. This is more common late at night even though the place is advertised to be open 24 hours. The food is barely worth it at all and the employees are either rude or too high while working to take my order.
The food was okay. 21 minutes from the time I ordered food until the time I got it. ONE car was ahead of me in the drive thru. When the car ahead of me got their, they got 1 drink and 1 small bag. The staff was rude to me. I ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries. Seemed simple enough. First time at this location. Possibly the last.

I was there at about 7:30 p.m. on Thursday and the lobby closes at 10:00 p.m. the doors were locked and the people at the counter saw me at the doors and they didn't say anything they didn't move their hands or anything to gesture like oh the lobbies not open I stood out there for about 10 minutes before calling the Jack in the box and saying is your lobby not open and they said no because they didn't have enough staff.
