I had ordered online (and paid with my debit card) at what I thought was my usual Papa Murphy's next to the Fred Meyer at Wandermere. When I arrived to pick it up the guy at the counter said they didn't have an order for me. He looked at the email confirmation on my phone and told me that I had placed the order at the store on Hwy 2. So I drove to the Papa Murphy's on Hwy 2 (the one by Northpointe Shopping Center), and the nice girl working there (Brittany) said she didn't have an order for me either! She looked at my email confirmation and it turned out I had ordered from the Papa Murphy's at Airway Heights! That is where Brittany went above and beyond. She called the Airway Heights store and had them issue me a refund (even though my pizza had already been made because by this time I was 45 minutes past my 6:15 pickup time), and then remade my order (she even gave me a senior discount which I hadn't gotten on my original order). She was very nice and really helpful, showing great ownership and efficiency.

Got exactly what was order, timely, and workers were friendly.
Placed an online order for 5pm pickup at 1130a. Arrived at 5pm and they hadn't even started our order. This is the second time this has happened and is so frustrating. What is the benefit of scheduling an order when you would get served at the same time for walk in. Pizza is good which is the only good thing about this location.

It took nearly 30 minutes to get my pizza made when there were only 2 people in front of me (and only one online order). One gal making the pizza and one guy taking orders. Even when there was a gap between order taking, he would fiddle around the register instead of helping make pizzas as it started to get backed up behind me. Somehow he mixed up the order of people and several people who were behind me then got their food before me. Which isn’t a big deal unless every order is taking them 10+ minutes to make a single pizza, it starts to get pretty annoying. Employees were oblivious to this but managed to have some nice welcome conversations to the employees coming in for their shift, chatting more than they were working on the orders (now 40 minute estimated waits for them). I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to go to a different store next time, as it isn’t the first time their efficiency and time to make a pizza was so poor at this store.

We picked up the order almost an hour late, not on purpose, errands just ran late. They didn’t have any club salads ready, so they had to make more. He didn’t know how to make it so he had to look at the cookbook.The pizza didn’t have the all the toppings that we ordered on it so we had to go back in for them to fix it. After getting home and plating the salad, the Canadian ham was just ripped in half carelessly not sliced like the picture and the romaine lettuce had wilted colorless leaves, like it had gone bad, on top of that there were huge chunks of fatty bacon that was just unappealing to eat. Next time I will be going to the one on Division.

I love Papa Murphy's pizza, don't get me wrong, but this location can pretty snooty. I'd rather drive out of my to go the Francis store.
On television they had a commercial about a $11.99 Hawaiian . When I got to the store they told me they would not honor that price. I was very surprised and wanted to charge full retail. I had them called the manager at home and they did give me the sale price but what a hassle. It was not a pleasant experience and I don't think I would ever want to visit there again. Too bad they lost a customer for $4.

Btw they open at 10:00! So that you can pick up dinner after shopping. Best of all the Chicken Herb Mediterranean, original crust is terrific! Guests loved it and almost ate the whole family size, 15 inches. But I was able to save a couple slices. Heated up in toaster oven almost better than 1st slice. Best buy $20 including tip. Great easy family meal. Thank you so much!
