Placed an online order for 5pm pickup at 1130a. Arrived at 5pm and they hadn't even started our order. This is the second time this has happened and is so frustrating. What is the benefit of scheduling an order when you would get served at the same time for walk in. Pizza is good which is the only good thing about this location.
It took nearly 30 minutes to get my pizza made when there were only 2 people in front of me (and only one online order). One gal making the pizza and one guy taking orders. Even when there was a gap between order taking, he would fiddle around the register instead of helping make pizzas as it started to get backed up behind me. Somehow he mixed up the order of people and several people who were behind me then got their food before me. Which isn’t a big deal unless every order...read full review
