Today, I tried something off my list, Viking, known for burgers and beers, and I had planned to order one of those bad boys, but then something else caught my eye - the French dip sandwich. Let me tell you, it was out of this world! The horseradish added a unique twist that I loved. And the fries? Crispy and delicious, thanks to the beer batter.But that's not all - I also tried the pasta salad on the side. The wife and I make it a point to do Mondays with the Viking. Wings are on point, hands down best in Spokane. She loves the Philly and the bacon jam burger. But, WARNING, I got the fire buffalo wings this evening for the first time thinking it’ll be a bit spicier than the normie buffalo.
