Tea Madame Tea • $$

“Love their Masala Chai, but their rooibos earl grey is highly perfumed. Wish there was some way to try out teas before buying so I’m not stuck with a bag I’ll have to toss out. Really bummed, was hoping for a good decaf alternative to earl grey.“

“Went with my family. Got a few items (kids pizzas, garlic bread, pasta, meatball sandwich, and wings). They were out of a lot of things including several pizza toppings and fettuccine noodles.Kids liked their pizzas but they forgot to put sausage on the pizzas so kids had to wait to eat until they cooked the sausage separately after the pizzas came out.Alfredo pasta dish (made with penne) tasted more like Mac and Cheese but it was good I guess. I've had their fettuccine before and it was much much better in the past.Wings were good and since it was happy hour they were half off.Garlic bread wasn't bad but not the best I've had.Meatball sandwich was really good and would get it again if we ever go back. Not sure we will though.“

“My friend and I meet here every few weeks for Saturday breakfast and to catch up. We love the food and coffee. However, the music is ridiculously loud and heavy metal is not condusive to visiting. It's hard to talk and actually hear what is being said. We hate to find a new place but, this morning was exceptionally nerve wracking. Does not make for a relaxing, enjoyable place to hang out.“

“Went for afternoon tea today. Had the "Champagne of Tea" and Fruity Tootie (sweet). both teas were great. Beware the scones we received had raisins in them, I was told the children's would be chocolate chip and I was under the impression the adults were plain but the children's had golden raisins and the adults had regular and golden raisins. FYI the english store is no longer there. Apparently it's been gone for a year but I didn't know. I specially went to this tea room for that as my mother is from England and I wanted to surprise her. So that kinda of sucked. The server stated they plan to hopefully bring it back by no eta. Service was decent and food was good. The room had some Harry Potter candles and decor but the setting is just black furniture with white table cloths and white dishes. If you're looking for more flowery or different vibe there are some other tea rooms in the area that will provide that.“

“Got terriyaki chicken with rice... which they steam... it was not edible... I sent it back and not one employee offered a menu luckily they took it off the bill Chips and dip had no flavor The rest of my family like the ramen... they use egg noodles so I couldn't try it The fried chicken isn't cooked the way its supposed to be. It's supposed to be double fried to be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Instead it was a normal fry and the chicken inside was over cooked Service was lack luster and they really don't care or know how to respond to their food just not being good I'd recommend grilling instead of steaming your chicken and seasoning it while cook. Salt would go a long way...“
