“My wife and I have been going here for years. We have brought lots of friends and family over the years to Trappers. This last time we were there was so disgusting that we were going to walk out. the iced tea was so weak that it looked like dirty water that you could see through. We ordered our normal. We were sitting in the bar and could see the counter when the food was placed there. It set there for 12 minutes before our server brought it to us. Off and on for the whole 12 minutes the door greeter kept going over and leaning over and running his hands through his hair over our food. When they finally brought it to us we asked for a manager. We were not going to eat this after watching what happened. She was a young girl with attitude. She never said sorry for what had happened. After a few minutes with talking with her she offered to remake our dinner and give us a discount. We accepted and the food was just okay. We did not pay for the iced tea and we just drink water. It will probably be a long time before we come back after our experience.“
“My husband and I both got the 12 Burger. Soo delicious! The PB and jelly on the burger, with bacon and cheese. Best combo ever!! Only thing I would improve on was more jam. Asked for more, little too late, burger was 75% gone but was accommodated nonetheless. Def made a big improvement, even though it was delicious anyway. Cooked perfectly, as well. The fries were crisp and the garlic aioli was tasty! The service was friendly and efficient! Def will be back!!“

“This place was amazing! The atmosphere is really fun, lots of old signage on the walls and they were playing a sports channel when our group went. The server was amazing, definitely made us feel right at home. Very friendly. The drinks were delicious, I got a screwdriver that was very generously poured, and my friend got a mimosa that was also wonderful, and the bloody Mary was delicious as well. They have a bargain wall of items close to best by dates and fresh items for regular price. I love they also give free items with minimum purchases. Spent $18 tonight and got two types of bagels free. A bag of mini bagels and a sleeve of Cheddar Onion Garlic bagels. Those won't last to see the best by date on Monday. “Pizza time has good prices for a family. I was able to get 3 pizzas, bread sticks, and a 2 liter for around 40 bucks. The pizza is just OK. I always re cook mine in the air fryer to get it a little browner and crisper. It's a good option if you want to feed a crowd without breaking the bank. We recommend bbq chicken it's our favorite. “We were in the Tacoma for a weekend and decided to try, it was a Sunday morning and a wait was to be expected 40 mins for 2 (we choose to sit anywhere and got the bar) but the service was amazing we met some locals there and it was nice to see them greet others by name. “It's a different location than the first two times I came. The new location is much nicer, the building is probably 50, 60 years newer, so that in itself helps. The food is as good as before, as far as I can tell it's the same people running it, and it looks much better. So come on down and give it a try.“

“Had dinner at the Wild Orchid before taking in a concert at Jazzbones. We arrived early on a Friday and were the first ones seated that evening. The host/server was very welcoming and took our order promptly. As you can see from the pictures, the presentation of the food was above our expectations. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the coconuts prawns while our entrees were being prepared. The food was very flavorful and the portions were on par. “I'm surprised by some of the reviews because I popped in here unexpectedly on a Friday afternoon. Donuts were well stocked and all I wanted was a coffee. The barista was super nice, and the latte was REALLY good!! The smell of the donuts were so un-resistible that I had to peek at them. I saw the BIGGEST maple bar I've ever seen in the glass. My husband is a sucker for maple bars, so I picked him up one. When I gave it to him, he ate it in record time. He said it was one of the best maple bars he's ever had - and that's saying something.
