I keep going back, even though I never remember the loyalty card. The K&J does not have the most… luxurious of parking lots. So, try to catch this place while the sun’s up.“

“The food is excellent. The restaurant is beautiful. And they had a friendly staff. I knocked a star because it's hard to find. We ended up going into the parking garage that they share with an apartment building and it's in the back. Also I over payed for my meal. I got the chiliaqueles but it cost an extra $8 for the steak and $3 to add an egg. It ended up being about $27 and it wasn't worth that price tag when I could have gotten tacos for $14. The food is pretty fairly priced and delicious and the cocktails were amazing. We will be back.“

God bless the cooks—I don’t know who they were, but I think it might have been Marcos’s parents? If so, he is beyond lucky to have grown up on food that good. No wonder he opened a restaurant! If I had meals like that growing up, I’d have opened one too! The drinks? So good. Affordable, strong, and just right. Definitely not watered down like some places. And the vibe? A whole vibe. “The classic shady looking mexican places always have the best serving food. Moment I saw how it looked, I knew it was going to be great and it is!
Sadly, they run out of pork tamales because everyone keeps buying it out. Ask while you have the chance.
If they don't have any, don't be too disappointed as they have loads of other foods that are just as good!“

“This seems to be the same staff/owners of Indita Mia, just with a new name and menu. We had two different beef taco plates (asada and chile con carne) and a wet burrito with steak. They way overdo it with the onions but it’s easy to pick some off.“

“Just put in my first order with them through Uber Eats. My Ubereats guy canceled my order and stole my food (I had no idea) I called Rancherita up and asked what happened. The guy on the phone was so so nice and explained they made the order and what happened. I put in a second order and he called me back just to let me know they made it and it was picked up and he hoped it got to me this time! Amazing service and help, super great staff.
