“Super nice.. 9.15.23 I had gone through the drive thru at the orchards location and was informed they were out of white meat.. that would be fine for me, but the rest of my family is white meat only.. since this was Friday and Fridays are"treat nights" at my house I stopped the order at the Orchards KFC, pulled into the parking lot and called the Hazel del location to confirm they had both dark and white meat. The lady was very friendly and told me they had just put some in to cook.. so I headed that way.. I arrived went through the drive thru, ordered the family meal and was told they were out of chicken breast.. iwas miffed? I explained I had called and driven from the orchards location.. the lady who had taken my call interjected and told the person who had been helping me.. that yes she had spoken to me.. and she was so sorry for the confusion.... she hadn't realized they had a smaller batch coming than she was was aware.. and they were making more . I was happy to wait.. she even gave me a extra coupon due to the extra wait.. This location was super friendly, went out of their way with their customer service. I appreciate their efforts.“
“Better than Chick Fil A. They give ALOT of high quality food. The price is fair for the amount and quality. I got full with just one slider and side of mac (the slider is pretty big). The workers were courteous and my food came out quick. 5 stars and Im coming back for more later “
“It's been a long time since I've back here. They have some tasty and crispy fried chicken here. It's nice that you can order from here and other food from the surrounding area and eat together. The spicy fried chicken dish has a good kick to it. The bread is a good compliment to it.“
“Most tender, well flavored chicken I’ve eaten. Delicious! The white meat was unbelievably moist and the skin crisp and delightfully smoky. Simple presentation that was perfect for my in things being an unostentatious. Beet and grapefruit salad was a wonderfully surprising combination of flavors. We had a half order each of the potatoes and sweet potatoes to round everything off. Wonderful comfort food and my favorite place to go with my best friends.“
“Absolutely delicious chicken! Just the right amount of crispy-ness and crunch. Awesome sauces to try and something for everyone's taste. We've tried them all and keep going back to the bulgogi. But the garlic parmasean (one of the new offerings) is a new favorite! It's a bonus that besides the great food that the staff is friendly, the service is fast and the restaurant is clean and tidy. I'd say that the only downside is the size of the establishment. If you have more than 2-3 people, get the food to go. It's too small to eat there. There are some picnic tables outside but unless it's summer, it's not really feasible to utilize them.“
“This restaurant serves popcorn chicken that is delicious, however I didn't realize the butter chicken would be sweet like caramel corn, and the lemon chicken could use a little more lemon taste. The rice is flavorless, and the salad is radishes in a vinegar dressing. It's very tiny with a couple of tables for 2, and the rest is counter seating. We had no idea it was so casual but we did enjoy our food.“
“I’ve been here before and it’s been great. Tonight was a different story and I get that things don’t always go as planned but I just have some advice:I ordered a couple chicken slider meals and added a Mac n cheese on the side. Easy enough. 15 min go by and my order still hasn’t come out. I ask about it and they say they ran out of Mac n cheese but that it will be right out. I end up waiting more than 30min before getting my order. My advice is- let the customer know you’re out of something as soon as you realize. I wouldn’t have wasted 30min of my life for a small side of Mac n cheese if I knew you were out, which you could’ve informed me in the first 5min of my wait. The milkshake was replaced as the one they gave me after ordering had melted by the time I left, so thanks for doing that at least.“
