Got there right at 11am when they opened. Mall location. Orange chicken was room temperature. I asked, "Was this made this morning, or a batch heated up from last night?" The older Asian lady with a strong accent said everything is made fresh. She said, not hot, eh? Didn't offer to heat it up or make any kind of gesture of customer pleasing. I recently had the opportunity to dine at Panda Express and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. The food was freshly prepared and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was inviting. The restaurant also offered a wide variety of options, from classic Chinese dishes to unique creations. Definitely not open at 10am as advertised. I arrived at 10:40am and was told as such by the staff.Poor customer service. I said “Good morning”, and visibly irritated with my presence the staff replied with “yes”.As if to ignore my statement completely. Won’t be returning.
