This place is out of food constantly. Never had to stand behind more than 1 person so it can't be due to business. I have tried for two weeks to just get a bowl of tomato soup at night and have yet to succeed. I thought soups were their thing... Won't be wasting anymore of my time at this location. Do better.
Seems like the "Starbuck's" of the bread world. Tomato soup tasted like pizza sauce reconstituted with half-n-half. It's okay, but nothing to write home to mom about. It would probably have more appeal for the younger, single folks.They did not listen to what we ordered. "Bread or chips?" "Chips" and we got bread, anyway. That seems really prevalent these days, they ask, but don't listen... Or it just doesn't register.It seems a lot of folks don't self-bus their tables, either....read full review

Love their soups and sandwiches. Coffee is hit or miss, unfortunately a bit inconsistent depending on the day. Sometimes the hazelnut and dark roast are just right, other days they're weak. The Sip Club subscription is good, enabling you to order through the app and just go grab a drink cup and self serve. Staff is quick and friendly!
