“We were traveling this weekend and wanted a beer and wine between flights at Seatac. We noticed Salty's was new on the main concourse. We were treated well but the star was Robert. He was kind, cheerful and a joy. The manager was also working the floor checking in on customers, always a nice touch.“

“I have never had pizza to go and went there tonight. The second I walked in Patrick, Danni and Giuseppe were so warm, welcoming and quite the comedians! They suggested a glass of wine while I waited for my pizza so I went and had a glass of wine. The bartender was just as amazing as them! “An exceptional location in Gig Harbo right at the water's edge. We had a delightful evening watching the boating activity, the tasty food and each other's company. It is an elevated tavern food menu; we were bummed to have missed out on the happy hour menu which would have required us to order one of everything! (for reference, if fried pickles are on the menu, I am compelled to order. Fried pickles AND musubi?? AMAZING)The Cubano sandwich was excellent and included pulled pork smoked on site - best Cubano I've had west of Florida!Sorry for no pictures - we were really hungry - was it real without photos? “Friendliest service ever! Had to leave while my food was being prepared to charge my phone, and when I came back the woman at the ordering window said she'd asked all around about me and told me I could've used her phone charger. Then, later after finishing the amazing smoked salmon fettuccini Alfredo, while walking through town she stopped her car to say hi to me and even remembered my name. So so kind and friendly, and delicious food too!“

“I had the True Cod and Chips and a Caesar Salad. I grew up going to Ivars and love that they use cod instead of lingcod that other places serve. The fish was good, but if you haven't been in awhile, expect shrink-fishsation for the size of the fillets. The Caesar dressing is so good, and in my opinion no one makes better tarter sauce than Ivar's!“

“It was “good” but for the price, I’d expect better. To start with the positives the house salad and dressing was great, the drinks and desserts looked great, the boar osso bucco was delicious but expensive. For the negatives, they told us to be there at a certain time to get a table, we arrived then, said they were setting our table and then we proceeded to wait 45 minutes to get seated. Once seated everything took too long, some of the meat was too cold in our dishes and just really expected more for the price. Overall ok experience but definitely not the best Italian restaurant in West Seattle.“
