“A little bummed today, we are 100% Taj supporters and have gone here since the initial owner Jessie and her husband opened it. This was the first time we’ve been back after they closed their buffet for awhile. No rice pudding, which was always a staple with the mango and empty hot food bins, sauce but no meat. They’ve also moved the buffet right in the way to walk into the restaurant, so when there is a line, you can’t get around for the restroom or you have to wait for people to move when you are being seated. I dunno, not a top 10 day there today in my book, however, we’ll still go. I appreciate that they finally reupholstered their booths.”

I asked for Iced Tea .. brought to me immediately and then the second gentleman asked if he could get something for me .. he brought me a small loaf of that delicious bread nicely warm and butter!! It was delicious!! I would like to commend those two gentlemen!! Your restaurant is phenomenal as well as elegant!!! Thank you!! If ever I am in your city I will stop by and maybe the next visit I can enjoy that delicious food you offer!! Beautiful place!!”

When I read that the new owner is the Grandson of my old Landlord and original owner of Magics pizza in Selah I already knew that this place is now in great hands! I recently went last weekend with my 2 kids and my daughter immediately said "oh my gawd these are way better then (m***rs) burgers 😆 . I honestly felt the same way, the frys were perfectly seasoned and hot, pattys were cooked perfectly, toppings fresh, the sauce they use is so dang good! 👌Topped my meal off with one of there Milkshakes yup it was delicious! I will be back way more often now after the great experience me and babies had. Oh and the staff were super friendly and attentive, this made our visit even better. Great job guys! 👍🏻👍🏻”

You can tell they love what they do because it is reflected in everything they make including the peanutbutter cookies, oatmeal and coffee! Recently I bought a Danish rye bread at Essencia, and it was so delicious with butter, jam and honey that I could not stop eating it!! We are lucky to have Essencia here!!🥰❤️😋”

“Crumbl never disappoints! The cookies are huge, soft in the center, and perfectly baked every time. I love how the menu changes weekly so there’s always something new to try, but the classics like Chocolate Chip always hit the spot. The store is super clean, and Vanessa was so friendly and fast with helping me. Everything came out warm and fresh. If you’re a dessert lover, this place is a must. Easily the best cookies I’ve ever had!”

“We just moved to Yakima and have been looking for a comfortable place to have a nice breakfast in an inviting atmosphere. For us, we found it at Mel's Diner! Friendly, smiling staff. Nostalgic 60s atmosphere. Breakfast was delightful. We can't wait to go back and try their lunch.

“The Chicken is great, especially with the signature sauce omg.. but the chicken is also.. Way Too Crunchy! And thats the only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating for me... However their mashed potatoes with cajun gravy is always amazing. My fiance and son loved the macaroni and cheese.”
