Tried this place out tonight for the first time. I’m a snob about good food and this place hands down rocked it!!! Better than cowiche, yakima steak, provisions or wildfire. I will be back and be a regular. We got the 7 course chefs meal and was so so good!!!! Sure our bill was over 300 but was worth every dam penny and our staff we had was great as why we tipped them 100. Thanks for a great expand see you all next month! Simply outstanding and creative. They specialize in unique combinations of flavors and textures. The cellar has a library of culinary books and preserved local sourced products. 4 stars on atmosphere is because the seating in the cellar was a bit chilly. Reservations recommended.

As I write this, it has been some time since I've visited Crafted, but I can honestly say it was the best meal I've had in recent years. I eat out in larger cities quite frequently, but Crafted has been my best dining experience in recent memory. Anytime anyone tells me they're heading to Yakima, I recommend they go to Crafted.
