“Yummy pizzas at shockingly cheap prices“

“I came in on a busy night, tired from driving from out of town. When I walked in there were people everywhere and I was worried how everything would come out. The worker with the red hair was so helpful when I asked for advice on what pizza to get since it was my first time going there. He didn’t make me feel rushed and didn’t make me feel bad for customizations. Bathrooms were also clean. Will be returning. Shout out to the workers for making it through!“

“For six months, I couldn’t eat pizza because of an illness. I’d just sit there watching my family enjoy it while I stared from the sidelines, realizing how much I took those simple moments for granted. Every bite I used to eat without thinking suddenly felt like a luxury I couldn’t have. Today, we finally made our way to Flame & Brew, and I was able to eat their Sweet Heat pizza again. my absolute favorite before I got sick. The crust was perfectly crisp with that wood-fired char, soft and chewy in the middle. The pepperoni was juicy with just the right amount of spice, the cheese melted perfectly and full of flavor, stretching with every bite. Add the jalapeños for heat, the pineapple for sweetness, and that drizzle of sweet hot honey that ties it all together sweet, spicy, savory perfection. Normally, I take pictures of my food 😆 but not today. This was a long-waited reunion, and I went straight to enjoying it and completely forgot to take pics. So just imagine a beautiful pizza photo right here. It felt heavenly to enjoy a favorite food again. Shout out to Flame & Brew for making the best wood-fired pizza. I’ve missed it. Feels so good to be back 😌🍕“

That said, I'm in there eating a pizza. What appeared to be a customer initially. Is a late teens to early 20's guy walking in and out, into back room, oven area, and back hallway. Wearing head phones and guessing belongs to someone there. None of the staff said a thing crossing staff zones. 20260823, it makes no since and was highly distracting.

I can understand if he was with a group. To wander staff zones, no. Never seen behavior like this from a customer ever in any establishment either. It was this way near a while hour. One of the staff randomly spoke to him but not the greeting normal from walking in. Atmosphere was not relaxing this time around.“

“I got two minis, ordered off the new Menu got a Aloha & a classic pepperoni with hot honey. Sierra provided immaculate service, she was friendly, fast, and on top of it. She delivered when I asked for extra pineapple too! Service was quick, I will be going back.“

“I don't know why so many people complain, I've always had great experience. My guess is people only post reviews when they're mad and can't be bothered to congratulate when they should. They always get my order here within the time they tell me. The online tracker is wrong sometimes but I understand its an estimate. Good job guys!“

“The young woman at the counter was super kind to all her customers, she remained calm throughout a rush and even let me use their restroom while we waited for company who didn't show. Her name is Diana, and she definitely was an unexpected interaction for being on Fair avenue. Target is across the lot and we were happy to get away from them once again not treated as the other customers shopping. But each of the employees here at Pizza hut were kind and compassionate and didn't hesitate to offer assistance or ask if we or anyone else needed anything.
