“Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks simply because it's a chain and the drinks usually have a lot of sugar.With that said, this Starbucks had very nice features:- staff was very kind (I changed my mind after I ordered and they were kind enough to change my order, no sass!)- ample parking- large seating area, plus a room you can reserve- music wasn't overwhelming“
“My wife and I feel warmly welcomed every time we stop by for our usual iced mocha and a tea. The service, in general, is fantastic. There is always new staff, yet they ALWAYS ensure that your drinks are to your specifications and prepare them just the way you like them! Outstanding.“

“I usually go thru the drive thru. The people are always nice and ask about my day. They talk to you even though they are busy. I come here a lot because they are so sweet. Doesn't show on the menu for kids but they can make the cookie crumble without coffee which my kids love. Thank you for your smile and good services! I will keep coming here“
“I frequently purchase an iced mocha and a newspaper here during my morning walk. Service is always excellent. My complaint is with management. They recently installed new payment machines, and rather than improving on the old system, they have made it worse. Under both systems it is impossible to leave a tip for your workers when paying with a credit card. This is the only take-out business I know of that treats their workers like this. Also, under the “new and improved” system, I cannot pay for my newspaper and mocha in the same place. I have to go through the grocery store checkout to pay for the paper. Very inconvenient and unaccommodating. Please do better!“
“This location, initially after opening, was painfully slow. However, I came in today and they rocked. Two employees stood out to me: Holly and Shannon, however every employee seemed super friendly and on the ball. Was there a staff change? Whatever it was, these guys and gals are keepers!“
“Only reason i gave this a 5 star is because of the awful service i have had. Any time I have ever stopped by for a quick coffee, i have had terrible service. For example, one time I went in and 3 of the baristas were standing on the opposite side of the stand over where the seating area is and were just talking. 2 of them looked over at me and seen me standing there. They didn't even stop their conversation to come help me or bother telling me that they would be right with me. After about 5 min of waiting one gal finally came over, didnt even apologize and said to me, "What do you want?" she was a little hostile as well. So i refuse to go there anymore. I always go to Ashley at the safeway on 16th! Much much better service“
“I would put that it's over priced, but it's Starbucks, we all know it's over priced , so let me tell you some you maybe didn't know, the voices of the famous Disney cartoon and movie characters Mickey and Minnie, got married in real life! ? ??, why does this relate to Starbucks? It doesn't. Go get your coffee from wherever you want who cares what they say man. Unless I say it, then yes.“
“Love my coffee, and it's so nice just to sit down at a table at Safeway, to relax, enjoy my wonderful French vanilla, watch everyone run like chickens, and have a great good laugh,too. Because when I'm finished I'll be right back with the flock.“
“I have been to many Starbucks locations in my time. This one is my favorite, in Yakima. The employees are very friendly. They strive to know your name and usual order. Now they greet me by name and fix my order without asking what I want. I have time to change it. I recommend bringing your own cup. It gives you a $.1 discount. If you are a rewards member, you get 25 stars just for the personal cup.“
“This Starbucks is by far the best! Every time I get off of work I stop by and get one only from this location! Most of the time I ask for recommendations and they never disappoint. They also make me new drinks whenever I'm not satisfied with other drinks from other Starbucks!“
“Starbucks gave up this great location because it didn't have a drive thru! So glad a local person kept it a coffee shop. It's a great location for a laid back snack and drink. They offer discounts for teachers, civil servants, and students if you ask.“
“First time ordering from this Starbucks and we went through the drive thru. Staff was friendly from ordering, payment, to pick up. They can do two separate tabs and they were patient with us as we scanned through 5 different gift cards ??They actually put light ice in my strawberry açaí refresher and were friendly in asking me and my friend what our plans were today. Quick, friendly, and accurate is how I’d describe this Starbucks location.“
