“On my recent visit to Menomonie, Wisconsin's Caribou Coffee, I was pleasantly delighted at the ultra-personal service that I received.We pulled in road weary and tired around 6:30 AM on a Saturday. It was windy that day and traffic was causing a lot of noise layered over the order box, but the girl who came right on remained attentive to our order and kept apologizing for the noise of the traffic and the wind. We reminded her that none of those things were her fault. Only a selfish man baby would get mad over stuff like that.When we got to the drive-through window, we were greeted by 2 very pleasant girls. Trinity and Sienna? Sorry for the spelling! Trinity made my crying daughter smile! NO ONE ever does that. Thank you, Trinity! It was nuts in the car until she saw you. You made her laugh and it changed the whole mood in the car for the rest of the trip. And Sienna was talking to our teen about dirt bike riding.To top everything else off, this coffee is the best coffee we've ever had! Was an all-around awesome experience. Thank you for such a tasty and enjoyable experience!Parking: Parking is overly abundant.Kid-friendliness: Lots of the Caribou staff are College kids and have younger siblings so there's an instant connection and the staff is always pleasant with children. They go out of their way to make them smile.Wheelchair accessibility: If you got wheels, they have easy accessibility.”

“The staff does their best with filling orders. It usually takes a while to get your pizza made, especially on Tuesday's because they're getting slammed. So, order online or pre-order on your phone 25 minutes before you want it. Check your pizza over before you leave as well if you want something added or not put on the pizza as they sometimes overlook special request.”

“In automotive (Penelope and Craig (he's cute) we're a lot of help, we are from Minnesota (are packer fans) got 4 flat tires due to my stupidity for not changing them when in yellow. My mind was thinking like the Viking's play book, we can make it through this to the Super Bowl, nope not happening! But Craig and Penelope put us on a spot for four tire changes, wait time of 3 hours, don't care best things come to those that wait, and it'll you wait for the Vikings to win a Super Bowl, your going through 3 or 4 life spans of waiting. Anyway I highly reccomend this walmart for tire change, or oil or friendly neighbor hood spider man shopping. There is one sad thing I didn't find a caramel coffee so super America use your super powers and give this furry a coffee. Or goto Minnesota!!!!”

“Angel was the absolute best server my wife & I have ever had!!!!She was all smiles while wanting what we needed when we needed it. I watched her talent as she serverd other's in a unvaring fashion while turning it to business as she passionately hussled to her next duty. Quesadilla burger, ribs & chocolate dessert thing were absolutely fantastic!! Angel undoubtedly has a natural happiness & talent but she must have received training 2nd. to none from the management Cheri. (Hope I got the spelling right) God Bless & keep up the good work. “People who tend to complain about this location seem to not want the issue fixed, instead they throw up a bad review and call it a day. I haven't had an issue, I like to be in and out, so I take their ""rudeness"" as genuinely them just trying to get orders out fast which isn't an issue with me.”
