Please don't blame the crew. The current GM Sarah Warwick is Soo bad at her job she was already demoted once.. She does not train her managers correctly so they barely know what the proper way to do things. In turn they try to train crew and try hard to make sure the place runs smooth. She has had 16 and 17 year old minors working 40 hours a week with no breaks.. had one of them working as a manager without the pay or title. Had minors opening the store alone. Waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and fries. Ended up paying for a pretzel bun for my sandwich that I didn’t get since I was never told they did not have them anymore and was still charged for it.

Probably the most unorganized run Wendy's I've been to. Cashier screwed up 3 orders in front of us, handed them to different customers. Lady came up to ask about her order and cashier didn't submit it apparently so they didn't know it was an active order. She almost gave out sandwiches to someone else.
