“Glad there's a new little Caribou in town. I don't often get coffee when im out and about, but it was still pretty early. Staff was super nice and I didnt have to wait at all.”

“Went and had dinner for the first time at the Thirsty Badger last night. The atmosphere is excellent, the staff is very outgoing and friendly, very positive attitudes. The food portions are enormous, and everything tasted great. I only had typical bar snack food, but it was much better than I expected. And I don't know his name, but the hot bartender was definitely on my menu for dessert. Lol.”

“I hadn't stopped by for several years and my how things have changed. Not in a bad way just changed with less merch available and no free samples.

We split a flight of beer got a little merch and chatted with the staff. Overall it was a good stop.

The Maibock was fantastic. A crisp, almost cider like moth feel, in a light beer with great flavor.”

“I have been here twice in the last two weeks and I will be going back next week! The food is absolutely delicious not too spicy and not too mild. I’m a vegetarian and there’s plenty of options so I was very happy about that!. I had the mango lassi the flavor was so fresh! After our meal I had the hot chai very flavorful! The people are the nicest I’ve ever met. I feel like I’ve made new friends!”

“We went for the music & were excited to try the BBQ truck, but apparently they cancelled & we ended up with $5 slices of za ($15 for a personal pan!) 🫪 Even KT isn't that bad.... 🫣

“We've been going there pretty regularly, especially once they started having Feta cheese. We were there on Friday(Halloween) and were told they no longer have Feta cheese. One of the cooks came and very kindly offered to get blue cheese from Heartbreakers. She did and it was great on my pizza! I called to tell Shannon about it, but she obviously, she doesn't need our money, as she's never bothered to call back.”

“Food was amazing! We had the pastrami burger and Hawaiian Pig sandwich and they were both amazing. We also had the brisket rangoon and we will be returning for more! Looking forward to returning and trying their pizzas! They also had gluten free buns and cauliflower crusts for anyone that tries to avoid gluten.”

“If I could give Whirlybird more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This little gem of a coffee shop has easily become my all-time favorite. I started going a couple months after they opened, originally drawn in by their coffee flights (which are a must-try if you haven't already!), and little did I know I'd soon be driving 20+ minutes on the regular just to get my fix. At this point, I go so often they know me by name! Liz, the owner, is genuinely one of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. You can tell how much heart she’s poured into Whirlybird, and her team of girls? Absolutely fantastic. She’s created such a fun and welcoming environment, and her team is just as incredible. Every single person there is friendly, upbeat, and makes the experience that much better. They genuinely make you feel like you're part of their little coffee shop family. Their drinks are consistently amazing — creative, seasonal, and always something new to look forward to. I love it so much that I even buy their coffee to take home because nothing else compares. And the food? SO good. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful. I truly have nothing negative to say about Whirlybird. My only wish? That they’d open a location in Eau Claire — I’d be there every single day. Whirlybird isn’t just a coffee shop. It’s a whole experience — one that keeps me coming back time and time again.”

“Yesterday was my first time at TemptAsians and I had the Pho-King Bowl and it was the best Pho I had so far in my life (this is my second time having Pho) the meat was tender and sweat especially the Ox tail and the broth had a light spice and some sweetness from the meat to it, I'm definitely going back.”

“I stopped in here after I was finished cleaning and airbnb. I was by myself. I never go into a restaurant or a bar by myself. Unless I know someone in there. I knew absolutely nobody, but I was hungry. And it looked like a nice place. I ordered the hot beef and onion rings. There's a lot of things to look at in the bar it's a nice place. I like it a lot and I felt comfortable sitting there alone. The food was really good. I love love. Loved the onion rings. The bar tender was really nice, decent prices and a good atmosphere. I would definitely go back there alone or with friends”

“This is a friendly bar for people to come together for a drink or to play darts. Nice people with a friendly atmosphere. Small bar that doesn't feel crowded. Slot machines are also available. Nice overall.”

The bun was toasted, we also had cheese curds, we got a good amount. We didn’t think anything was greasy. I complimented the cook and he said he was new, but the bartender was helping out. They made me feel welcome, specifically what got me is one of them was being silly. After a long day, I needed that and it made me giggle. Then another girl and I sat and talked while she worked. Food was exceptional this time! Always love Arby's and good food but this visit was above and beyond. Food was the best we ever had. Cook and staff exceptional, very friendly and amazing today!! We ordered the Ruben and it was perfect amount of everything and not messy compared to usual. French Dip was so so great also! Fries were hot and perfect as well! Thank you so much staff!!”
