I think this group of service professionals have really figured out their community and serves more than just a beverage and dinner. “The lunch choices were many and varied. The murals are fantastic, bright colors and huge! The table side guacamole was excellent. We had the chimichanga (?) and fajitas, both were delicious. The lunch sizes are really big so bring your appetite! I can only imagine what the dinner size servings are like! I highly recommend this Mexican Restaurant!!!”

I have called twice and spoke to a manager, who has yet to follow through. “We had our wedding at the Marq and have received so many compliments on the food and attention to detail from the staff! I cannot say enough good things about Laura from the beginning of the planning process to the day of the wedding. She was always available to answer any questions or provide guidance. The day of she made sure we were taken care of in so many ways. We loved being able to have the entire venue for the day and decorations set up by Laura and her staff. I had no worries that everything would look great! The day went so smoothly because of their knowledge and experience with weddings!”

“I don’t say this often, but everything about this meal hit just right. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming — cozy but still classy, the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer than you planned. Our server was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and somehow knew exactly when to pop by without hovering. The chef was amazing. And the food… wow. Every dish had so much flavor and thought behind it. The taquitos were easily my favorite — cooked perfectly and bursting with fresh, balanced flavors. Even the sides felt special. You know a place is good when you’re still thinking about the food the next day. Drinks were top-notch too — creative cocktails that actually tasted as good as they looked. And dessert? Absolutely worth saving room for (even if you think you can’t). The desert drinks are TOP NOTCH. It’s rare to find a spot that nails food, service, and atmosphere all at once, but Caliente really does. Whether it’s date night, dinner with friends, or you just need a pick-me-up meal, this place deserves a visit. I left full, happy, and already planning my next excuse to go back.”

“The food was good but a half pound burger is too big for some of us. Why don’t you sell your quarter pound burger. We asked because it was available on the child’s menu. They wouldn’t let us order from the children’s menu. Come on that’s just silly. How about a senior menu?”

“Fantastic lunch spread. Fresh Horchata. Their named sandwiches are incredible. The Brittany's Buffalo Bleu sandwich was amazing; mixing the textures of an incredible butter-toasted foccacia; amazing buffalo chicken, great bleu cheese, and avocado with fresh greens. The balance of tastes was fantastic and sharp; hitting all the accents in the best places. The kettle chips were a great side, offsetting the sandwich excellently; and the friendly staff just put the entire experience over the top. Would reccomend to anyone, especially for a lunch date.”

So much variety and customization. But let’s be honest the real stars are the ladies behind the counter. Friendly, Funny and just so happen to make delicious soup, bread and those brownies- so good!!!

“Our group “Sip Happens” visited for the first time and enjoyed the classic old fashioned plus craft cocktails! We also tried the yummy and unique pizzas, tomato bisque and grilled cheese. Couldn’t have done it better! 😋 We met the owner Katie who shared her story and the improvements she’s made from this previously owned country bar. Our sips were group approved and we will definitely be back!!”

“What a gem! I've visited way too many times to admit. The food is fresh and delicious. Prices are so reasonable that I visit here for my coffee instead of any other coffee shop. You must try this local establishment.”

“DePere location Listen, I've been coming Here since I moved to the area and always loved the bakery and quality of it. Customer service was usually spot on as well. NORMALLY, I do not not go on to bash a business that I generally love. But today I had it, since Mike has passed the quality just isn't there but I kept going and buying especially when family would come to visit. This time I was in on Saturday 10/5/24. I was asked how many I would be getting. I told the girl I am not sure but it will be at least 10 or more. Which It was, I spent 63$ in there. I came home with 2 large boxes and one small one because i wanted the cookie that i ordered to be separated. It was for my nephew that is younger. Those 2 larger boxes could have been made into 3! I will inclose a picture of the poor packing and now donuts that are mush and squashed. I don't want to be cruel and say it was their lack of common sense or was it laziness? 63$ and that's what we get? Is that how customers and your product is treated? Carelessness ontop of other things I could say. Perhaps I should have looked it over before leaving, but I think if I did the helper would have grown more impatient than she already was and probably damage my bakery even worse/more.”

“We have always gone to a certain town restaurant for their amazing chicken parm but the place was sold and it is not good anymore. We decided to try the chicken parm at Mack’s the other day and let me tell you this is my new favorite!!!!the chicken was cooked perfectly! I had over spaghetti and it had real shaved parmigiana on top. So good!!! My hubby was jealous of my chicken parm!!!”

Tofu was cooked perfectly and the broth is so good I wish I ordered extra. My fiance ordered the Eat30 pho and said it was wonderful. It came with a ton of meat and veggies that were super fresh. We'll definitely be ordering again!”

“A great local brewery in ledgeview that has a great overall atmosphere. The outdoor area complete with private “cocoons” for rent and fire pits is second to none. The interior of the brewery is a great open concept with the bar area seating but plenty of tables as well. They obviously have craft beers but they have some great cocktails too. The wood fired pizza is a delight that you might get hooked on! They always seem to have a event on the schedule for a added bonus.”

Also peanut butter chocolate chip and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. This will definitely be a new spot for us to stop for lunch when we’re in the area. Delicious!!”

“I stumbled upon Celtic Cottage one day after leaving Game Capital (when it was still next store). I'm convinced it was meant to be. I feel at home there and am happy to hang out and talk with the others in the shop or just sip tea and read my books. Holly and the group there are welcoming and have excellent tea recommendations. “It's a nice building, but not very large in size. This bar usually offers some type of drink special and the bartenders are friendly. You will find that the majority of customers are locals and students from the college nearby.”

“I ate at this cafe when I visited the Kress Inn. It was located on the college campus and thankfully we're open to get me out of the cold. I could tell that students and teaching staff enjoyed the place because everyone looked like repeat customers”

“Walking into Toppers Pizza felt less like entering a pizza shop and more like stepping into a one-person culinary universe. I immediately got the sense that the same individual was baking the bread, butchering the cows, cooking and processing the meat and vegetables, and running sales and marketing—all simultaneously. A true renaissance pizza human.

That lone employee somehow convinced me to buy a large one-topping pizza for $10, and honestly, I didn’t even put up a fight. The pizza was exceptional—fresh, bold, and unapologetically good. Add to that the hypnotic LED light glowing at the front desk, which felt oddly spiritual, and I found myself tipping without hesitation. When someone delivers both flavor and ambiance, you tip. Period. Thank you Trump for not taxing it.

Credit where credit is due: the food, service, and overall experience were unique, electric, and memorable. The only suggestion I’d offer—purely from the heart—is to consider taking down the proud partner SNC flag and replacing it with a classic “Don’t Tread on Me.” Same wall space, stronger energy.

All in all, Toppers delivered far more than pizza. It delivered character, grit, and a surprisingly soulful slice of Americana. I’ll be back. 🍕🔥”

“I have been there twice once in March and once this last week the food there is phenomenal and the price is right there. It’s nothing super expensive the bartender Cynthia was wonderful. “My friend and I were at the restaurant in De Pere last month... Liked it so much, we invited some of our friends there for our monthly ladies' lunch. (12/10/24) I ordered the Cheesesteak Quesadilla...Very Good and just the right spice to it. Others dinners were good too. One of the managers (I think) came to our table -(Delafan?) he remembered my friend & me from our visit last month. He was very friendly and even serenaded us in Spanish and also did a short version of an Elvis song. So accommodating!! I'm sure some of us with visit there again!! Thank You...”

Not only did the cashier (team leader) remember my family from the last time we visited (awhile ago), she even remembered our small talk discussion how we both grew up in the same small town. What an amazing worker you have to have such a great memory and customer service skills. She excels in building relationships with customers and you should be so proud to have her as part of your team. In addition she made my boys day; when I said ‘no’ to buying a cake pop, she leaned towards my youngest and whispered to him that she’d get them both one, and it’d be her treat.
