“Ordered the miso with tofu since I'm feeling a bit under the weather and wanted something cozy. Absolutely delicious and just what I needed! Tofu was cooked perfectly and the broth is so good I wish I ordered extra. My fiance ordered the Eat30 pho and said it was wonderful. It came with a ton of meat and veggies that were super fresh. We'll definitely be ordering again!”

“DePere location Listen, I've been coming Here since I moved to the area and always loved the bakery and quality of it. Customer service was usually spot on as well. NORMALLY, I do not not go on to bash a business that I generally love. But today I had it, since Mike has passed the quality just isn't there but I kept going and buying especially when family would come to visit. This time I was in on Saturday 10/5/24. I was asked how many I would be getting. I told the girl I am not sure but it will be at least 10 or more. Which It was, I spent 63$ in there. I came home with 2 large boxes and one small one because i wanted the cookie that i ordered to be separated. It was for my nephew that is younger. Those 2 larger boxes could have been made into 3! I will inclose a picture of the poor packing and now donuts that are mush and squashed. I don't want to be cruel and say it was their lack of common sense or was it laziness? 63$ and that's what we get? Is that how customers and your product is treated? Carelessness ontop of other things I could say. Perhaps I should have looked it over before leaving, but I think if I did the helper would have grown more impatient than she already was and probably damage my bakery even worse/more.”

What prompted me to review was another customer who accidentally dropped her to go bag, I felt bad as it all fell on the floor, and the owner graciously said she would remake it for her. Fair, friendly service, along with good food is why I will continue to take out from here.”

“We stopped in to do some service work and Brent made us lunch. Italian sandwich with cheddar garlic bread, turkey provolone with spinach feta bread. Also peanut butter chocolate chip and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. This will definitely be a new spot for us to stop for lunch when we’re in the area. Delicious!!”

“I am here every week with friends for Thursday night Karaoke with Debbie. She is by far the best karaoke in the area. I really want to focus, though, on April, the ultimate server!! She knows all of our regular drinks, she is very attentive, and she is always a major part of making the whole atmosphere more welcoming and fun! She is one of the main reasons I look forward to coming to Plank. She is such a warm, caring person, and her care of her customers is second to none!”

“I order on the app for in store pick up (to avoid chances of longer lines) several times a week and always order the same thing. Hit or miss on how well it’s prepared but usually it is fine. Not the best, not the worst. I’ve had to wait beyond latest pick up time a handful of times to see them engrossed in conversation and I end up late to my appointment. Not the end of the world but is frustrating at the time. This is completely not their fault (I imagine) but why does it still smell so bad in the front?! Makes me sick so I avoid breathing while walking in or go thru the side door. Noticed it since day one as I’ve been coming since they opened and thought it was new building stuff but not so much at this point.”

“I have been there twice once in March and once this last week the food there is phenomenal and the price is right there. It’s nothing super expensive the bartender Cynthia was wonderful. “I usually go with my boyfriend when he's in town, ordered it for breakfast for me and my friend. he got the caprese avocado toast which he liked! I got the PB Acai smoothie bowl and we got two Reishi Maple Cold Brew Coffee which brought me to 37.22 with taxes! it's honestly incredible I love a lot of the food that I get here, including their coffee! definitely give it a try”

“I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. “My friend and I were at the restaurant in De Pere last month... Liked it so much, we invited some of our friends there for our monthly ladies' lunch. (12/10/24) I ordered the Cheesesteak Quesadilla...Very Good and just the right spice to it. Others dinners were good too. One of the managers (I think) came to our table -(Delafan?) he remembered my friend & me from our visit last month. He was very friendly and even serenaded us in Spanish and also did a short version of an Elvis song. So accommodating!! I'm sure some of us with visit there again!! Thank You...”

“We have recently moved to West De Pere, and have frequented this location a number of times. Have never been disappointed. On my last visit I ordered a Papa Burger. When I got home and opened it, I was blown away. Never, ever, have I had a fast food burger that looked like the promotional picture. This one did, and tasted as good as it looked. Good job, folks.”
