“Just found MY GO TO BAKERY in the county. We like to travel around and check out different bakeries. The selections were a little slim on a Friday afternoon, mostly I think because they were bought out and after tasting what we purchased, I can see why. Amazing flavors ?. Very delicious. Priced just right too. Well done Ampersand Cake Company , well done.”

“They are only open on Friday nights and Sunday mornings for brunch. There is a salad bar for Friday and a brunch bar for Sunday. Their food is really quite good as well as a generally good value.”

“There is so much to try here, and the tastings were free. My cousin prefers wine and beer, and I prefer spirits, so finding a distillery/winery/brewery is great for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they have nice indoor/outdoor seating. My cousin fell in love with the salted caramel moonshine.”

“I had the Cowboy burger and thought it was good. Wife had the bacon cheeseburger and side of mozzarella sticks and liked both. The barbecue sauce and marinara were very good. Affordable prices and bartender was friendly and did an excellent job. Summer has a total different atmosphere with baseball leagues and then football season. Slows down during winter months”

“DeGrand's is your quintessential Wisconsin small rural town's local full-menu restaurant. It has a great selection and great food. Deserts are often to die for. Daily specials as well as their Pizza Of The Month (see the sign out front). The staff are friendly hometown folks. Nice basic comfortable atmosphere. Booth, table, and counter seating are available. If gluten-sensitive / Celiac, don't be afraid to speak up. Management and many of the staff are knowledgeable and will take precautions. We have that issue and seldom have an issue. For adult beverages and after-hours, KELLY D's PUB is connected to its east side. For larger parties or events, just behind them is their large venue: GATHERINGS 43.”

“Love finding new little places to stop on road trips! What a great find! Fantastic place! A bit hesitant at first, but it got so many great reviews, we had to try it. Their wings came out looking a bit dark, but they were not burnt- they were perfect! Some of the best ever! The stuffed pepper soup was amazing as was the Monday special- $2 burger and fantastic $1 fries (cooked perfectly!) Bartender was friendly as was the owner! We would stop here again!”

“It seemed more like a clubhouse. Regulars all know one another and everyone stares when someone thats new comes in. The food is good. Waitresses are attentive. Sit at a table because if you sit at the bar you will likely be in one of the regular's spots. Their Reuben's and French Dips are good.Parking: Plenty parking except when they have a special event and they set up large tent in the parking lot.”

“Stopped in to pick-up some take and bake pizzas; The sub smelled delicious so we decided to try a Chicken! ? And Philly, the subs were equally good. The Philly tasted more like a "hot-beef sandwich" than a Philly to me. The Chicken! Was okay...cold shredded chicken with lettuce tomato onion pickles, and mayo. I added banana peppers and cucumbers to my surprise it was $1 a piece that was quite a shock, besides that, prices were decent. Lastly, the atmosphere was fantastic! Roomy, large tables, super clean, with nice music playing in the background. The staff was super nice and we will definitely go again soon!”

“Best fish fry in NE Wisconsin! I was hesitant to write this as I’d like to keep it a secret so it doesn’t get busier that they already are. But this place has great burgers, wings, broasted chicken & the best fish fry. Best frog legs I’ve ever had! Plus more than just fried fish with seared scallops & salmon.Kid-friendliness: The claw machine always welcome kids & they have plenty of menu options.”

“This is me and my boyfriend's hidden gem!! We love to go here for a cheap dinner/lunch out buffet style. Depending on what time you go it's usually 17 per person which is a good price for all the options they serve. Staff doesn't interact with you so I can't say much about service except for that they're always quick and efficient with refilling, restocking, and bussing tables. They have a variety of desserts and both Chinese and American food. The interior is decorated so fun and it's beautiful and interesting to look at.”

“These are wonderful people. Besides that, they fry eggs perfectly (don't scoff, an actual over easy egg [vs raw or hard as sludge] that is seasoned perfectly with butter, salt and pepper, is a gift from the gods). Their "breakfast" croissant is a thing of beauty. The ham one is so good for a comfort breakfast (I'm talking hangovers, people, and like, exhausted from kids, sick with cold, etc.), AND it's an awesome lunch or dinner. We do take out only so to have someone make good homecooked food that tastes great as takeout is really appreciated. Thank you.”

“The inside bartender was terrible. She waited on lots of other people who got there after us until another customer told her we were there first. She was rude. The outside bartender was seriously amazing. My beer was piss warm from the inside bar but nice and cold from the outside bar. I would have had a much better time if I had only gone outside and never set foot inside.”
