“I was so impressed by the staff here! We just left after a very hectic early morning Packer game and I was just so impressed by how amazing the service was! Despite the large crowd they were attentive, fast and so welcoming. It seemed like they all genuinely enjoyed it all when it would have been easy to feel overwhelmed. Plus the food and Bloody Mary’s were delicious! 10/10 would recommend for a game or just a few drinks! Will be back!“
“Great local bar food. The Packer Backer (2 brat patties with kraut and cheese) is my favorite, the "kid" (21) loves the Black and Blue burger, and my wife loves the pesto grilled cheese. Honestly there are very few places where we all love at least one item on the menu. The waffle fries are always perfectly done, nice and crispy. Though they could time down the amount of salt they use on them just a little bit.“
“Dropped my car keys in front of Mogie’s on my way to another establishment. After about two hours I went to my car and realized I didn’t have my keys:-) Lo and behold I see a sign on my window telling me Mogie’s had them. Thanks to the honest and smart staff there!“
“I worked here almost 20 years ago. While I know many of my favorite customers are long gone, I will always say this is the best job I’ve ever had. Also, I got to eat the best food a starving college student could ever ask for (and I’d still eat there ever day if I could). My friends just moved from Eau Claire to Florida and before that, sent me a pic of their food every time and asked “guess where dinner happened?” PS. “The bartender hates the customers if they ask for anything other than rail drinks or beers. But honestly, that is part of the charm. I've been coming here for 20+ years & she's always been there. & her consistency is excellent. The drinks are reasonably priced & tasty.This is definitely a townie bar. If you like that vibe you will 100% enjoy your time here.“
