People like to complain that it’s “pricey” but should keep in mind it’s locally sourced from our farmers and fresh so you’re helping pay to support that! “Hi. bought strawberry shakes in the drive through twice this week, asked for well blended both times, ( you know- drive through = driving) got stoped up straws just after exiting driveway both times. You ever try fighting with a stoped up straw & drive safely? Nearly impossible. Pulled into side roads twice to blow HARD in straw to dislodge strawberry chunks. Frustrating. Disappointing. Recommend shake making class monthly.“
“Great local ice cream. They had my favorite flavor, licorice, which is hard to find. Big portions and very reasonably priced. They have been there since 1944. You can also buy popcorn there. I got white cheddar which was also very good. My husband had a brownie sundae. The location was busy but tables were clean. Staff was very friendly. You can get an Olson's tshirt for $15 so I got one. I would go out of my way to go here again.“
“I just brought our group of science contest students here from Madison after a trip leaving from Boyceville WI. The service was impeccable and they had things together and working like a well oiled machined. I had a whole 81 passenger double Decker bus full and they were amazing. We were sure to give them an early heads up and they did not disappoint! Defintely will stop at this Eau clair location when I can with groups! The manager was on duty making everything run smoothly.“
“We visited today and purchased some Pizzas and other items. The story owner shared about his son Casey with us. 2 parents creating a business for a child in their family for his future! “Love this Crumbl way over Woodbury, MN. They push the top of the cookie down which provides an even bake, no doughy center! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is with the corporate who describes cookies. One was described as a strawberry cookie and there was absolutely nothing strawberry about it. Not the fault of the individual business. The semi sweet chocolate chunk is the best and the new cinnamon cake is fantastic!Parking: Kind of tight if you drive a larger vehicle like a pickup“
“This particular branch always amazes me. They seem to be run by high schoolers and, they are always working hard to keep customers churning through. The staff is very polite and friendly. The food is excellent as Culver's always is. This particular one has a pretty good system for drive through customers as well.“

Whoever was behind the front counter ended up giving her 2 free ice cream coupons! He was extremely nice. But I’ve never had a bad experience here and the ice cream really is always delicious!!“
