Firehouse Subs Elm Grove

I've heard how great these subs are and I have tried this place twice. Both times did not meet expectations. Stopped in today during lunch and their was one person ahead of me. It took them at least 10 minutes to make my sandwich and the guy making it really needed to change his mask. Although it was mostly covering his nose and mouth it was very visibly dirty and kinda grossed me out. The sandwich was ok but the bread was soggy. Not my favorite. The subs are delicious. I may have gotten a rotten employee when I went, as I was left with the impression that I was bothering the employee by placing an order for two subs. It appeared as though a large order was placed before mine, but that still isn't an excuse to not be friendly. Subs left a great taste in my mouth, the customer service -- not so much.

Was a absolutely incredible experience, clean, well organized, and an overall professional environment.Deion was the highlight of my day, this sandwich artist takes his job seriously.
