“The pizza is totally legit. It is totally awesome, authentic Detroit-style pizza (slightly-charred, buttery crust) that includes an awesome Chicago-style topping (fresh tomato)...best of both worlds! Loved the selection of craft beers (in cans), including some N/A choices. Nicely done! Special shout out to Ryan who efficiently ran the entire front room the night we were there. Finally, the price. No, seriously, it is impossible to find better pizza at a better price...anywhere. SO glad we found you, Bad Moravian. We'll be back!”

“We stopped at Good Egg on our way out of town. There are 3 burritos to choose from. All burritos are made to order. We were there a few weeks before they were closing for the season. There's only outdoor seating. The burritos were amazing. Expect a wait, but it's definitely worth it.”
“Really enjoyed stopping by yesterday! The barista was super friendly to chat with and had great drink recommendations, plus the cappuccino she made was phenomenal! Definitely will stop by again when I'm in town!”

“Nice cozy breakfast place! The apple cinnamon scones were the best I have ever had. They weren't hard like a brick like most scones. They were crumbly and nice and creamy tasting. Waffles were delicious--bacon was perfect.”
“Excellent as always. Love the breakfast, quality ingredients from a staff who cares. Try one of their delicious coffee drinks.”

“This was my first time here, out exploring on a Sunday. Great selection of brews, especially the 'recombobulation'. Staff were very friendly. I only had potato soup, but I heard others saying how good their food was. Quiet place with a nice atmosphere. I will hopefully return.”

“Greeted right away, one guy running all tables but totally had it on rotation in a truly professional way. Food was phenomenal. We had crab Rangoon, and then rolls: Firecracker, Godzilla, Butterball and Crunchy Crab. Ah may zing. Finished up something like a crumble cake strawspberry and a lemon glaze. Great ambience for casual bites.”

“Wonderful spot for a fish boil and better than the more touristy options in the area. This small restaurant serves traditional fish boils and cajun fish boils on alternating days. We arrived without a reservation just after one of their boils, and the owner and hostess were gracious enough to make room for us. We thought we’d be served leftovers, but the owner went outside and freshly boiled an order for us! We missed the official show but instead got to watch from the warm interior. Reservations are expected, don’t assume you’ll get lucky like we did.The restaurant is really cute and clean. There is a lovely view over the harbor and the boiling kettle itself. As far as I’m aware, there is no menu and no options. If you’re there on a traditional or cajun night that is what you’re getting. They did have a nice variety of alcohol. The price was a bit high but fair for the experience and quality. The staff were only okay, but I thought their slight edge was fair given the end of an exhausting tourist season. The owner was very personable and took the time to help many patrons debone their fish. The traditional fish boil is served with the fish itself, potatoes, a sweet onion, corn, coleslaw, and bread. The bread was pretty good. The meal looked simple when served but ended up being delicious. The fish had a good flavor to it and came from nearby waters. The potatoes were livened up by the melted butter. The owner makes his own cajun seasoning and sauce. The liberal application of both made the meal even better. The corn and sweet onion were great. The owner described the onion as taking on a candy-like flavor and he wasn’t wrong. The coleslaw was great (my companion described it as the best she’d ever had). This meal is a lot of work to eat given the inevitable picking of bones. Therefore it’s probably not a great first date spot, but very cute for couples who know one another and can deal with some fish bones. They served cherry pie for dessert, which was the weakest part of the meal. Overall this was a lovely experience.”

“This bakery is a must try if you're in the area! You will NOT be disappointed. They have great coffee, and excellent bakery. We tried the pumpkin maple scone, and the carmel pecan roll which was still warm from the oven. The woman that was working there at the time was really knowledgeable about everything. She knew about all the ingredients and how everything was made. If you aren't a "sweets" person they also have savory items on the menu. We also tried an egg and sausage ole roll which is like an enclosed croissant with scrambled eggs and broken up sausage inside. I can't quite capture into words how delicious it was.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly place, kids would be fine here”

“So glad this place was reinvented into one of our favorite stops in all of Door County. The building sat empty for many years before reopening about three years ago. It has it all - food, beer, wine, and a market. There is no where else you can grab a drink and shop. Their food is fast, affordable, convenient, and most of all delicious. Their nachos are loaded with a protein of your choice and fresh ingredients. These are some of the best nachos I've ever had. The pork is tender and smokey and the beer cheese sauce really take it to the next level. This time o tried their nacho special - Hawaiian (pictured) which came with pineapple and jalapeño salsa, pulled pork, sweet bbq sauce, and topped with cojita cheese. My husband loves their rib tips which come with a choice of sauce. They have most of their hot sauces available to try on your food before purchasing in their market. Other menu items include tacos, walking tacos, hot dogs, soup and salad. Bridge up brewing has something for everyone. A great selection of their own beers and guest beers. They even have NA, sour, cider, and seltzer options. If beer isn't for you they also have wine available. The market has it all - canned items, fresh baked goods, frozen door county specialties, etc. They also have a good selection of novelties such as games, jewelry, and gifts. There is some indoor seating, but the outdoor patio takes it all. Lots of tables with umbrellas, large fire pits, and yard games for the whole family. There are board games and cribbage board available inside as well. Make sure it add this place you your list, it has something for everyone!”
“Chip is awesome, such a fun wonderful man! Best root beer float on the planet! Chip is a friend to everyone who walks through the door. He’ll give you tips on what to visit and see in beautiful door county. The popcorn is unique from potato puffs with real cheese or lemon to white chocolate and delicious movie popcorn. Don’t forget the gourmet pizza! Stopping by The Vault made our day! Don’t miss this little jewel!”

“I've loved Island Orchard cider for years and had never been there in person. Our friends built a place minutes away so I had to stop in. What a wonderful experience! Finally being able to taste the limited release ciders of only seen on Facebook was awesome. I loved the music they had playing and the food (charcuterie) selection was great and reasonably priced. I'll be back!”

“I'd recommend stopping by Hatch Distilling if you're in Door County to try out their drinks, both their spirits and the mead from their Mixed Meadia label. I was only able to stop for a short time so couldn't fully explore their cocktails, but the flight I had took me on a delightful range of flavors to give me a good sense of what they do and prompted me to get a few bottles to take home with me. On the mead side, the Vikings Blood & Honey and Lemon were my two favorites.Hatch has a large parking lot, a cool indoor seating with bar and variety of tables, and a nice patio (that I enjoyed). The bartender was helpful, and patient, as I tried to make the stressful decision of which items to select for my flight. There were more that I wanted to try than what I ended up trying, which is a good problem to have!”
“Beautiful space! Everyone was beyond friendly and I love that they had a local business pop up when I was there! Outdoor space looks great. Can’t wait to check it out in the warmer weather!”
“Absolutely the best flavor and texture this side of Italy. So smooth and creamy, not to mention delicious. Can't wait for the 2023 opening in Fish Creek”

“My wife and I have been coming here for years. They continually turn up the heat each year with new ideas, coffees, baked goods, and the like. We stop here often enough when we are passing through to/from church or peninsula state park. They have some really awesome dishes, especially their chicken curry salad, their breakfast and chicken burritos, and their side pasta option is killer. Their coffee selection is huge and they have some really awesome cinnamon buns too! Come here to relax and enjoy a lunch outside on their patio, or perhaps in their wrap-around 4 seasons room to look out at the Bay!”
“We absolutely love popping in and having some beers whenever we are in town. This time around, Mike, the manager was absolutely amazing. The team was really knowledgeable and they really did take care of us. You guys also nail the different styles flawlessly. Thank you for all that you do and we will see you soon!”

“Funky little spot just off the main strip in Ephraim. The first time we went we picked up to go and quickly realized it's best to eat on site so we went back and ate it fresh. We had the cherry, cabbage and potato/cheese. I would recommend the potato/cheese, delicious! The Prince and staff are very friendly!”
