Placed order online for delivery. Tracker was frozen at preparing pizza for over an hour. I tried calling to inquire about the order and was on hold for over 20 mins. I ended up driving there to pick it up. Giving 2 stars because they credited the order. This was really irritating considering I bought lunch for my office and everyone was getting hangry.
Terribly slow delivery. I have time to leave a review because my pizza was marked cooked and ready to go out 50 minutes ago, and it has yet to leave the store. Understaffed and unable to cope with popular order times.

The original delivery was faster than expected. The RE-delivery was slower than expected. Alright. Original delivery included loaded cheddar-bacon tots, but without the garlic parmesan sauce; ok, I can live with that. It also included a Five Cheese Dip and (Garlic) Twists that were only really "bread twists", with no garlic sauce/butter OR seasoning, at all. Alright, that's a little much.
