“GOOD GOLLY OH MOLLY this place SLAPS. Let me tell anyone reading this, this place is WORTH IT. I had the absolute privilege and pleasure of trying their food and will most certainly make this restaurant a staple. The roasted coconut drink (no photo as I drank it as fast as humanly possible) was great, almost like Nab Vam with tapioca jelly strips but a very rich coconut flavor. The Thai coffee was creamy, full flavored and delicious. The mango sticky rice had remarkably fresh mango, finished off perfectly with a sweet coconut cream. And a personal favorite, pad see ew, was some of the best I’ve had. The sauce was present but not too soupy or heavy— just the right amount to flavor the dish very well. The vegetables were fresh, crisp and bright against the dark soy and oyster sauces. The beef was tender, and the portions were good. While picking up my order I got to chat with the staff and relax inside. The interior is cozy, well decorated and clean. The staff were all insanely nice, showing me orders coming out of the kitchen so I could know what to get next time, love this spot!“

“We have been meaning to dine at La Merenda and by the time we've gotten around to it, we've realized we should have come much sooner!! It's tucked away on a side street off S 1st and has a very homey, yet eclectic feel when you walk in! Our server was so nice and was happy to answer any/all questions. The food was simply to die for. We started with some drinks and the beet salad, which had warm goat cheese on top - this really tied it all together. Then we ordered the lamb bolognese (our favorite by far), kung pao chicken (very spicy but so flavorful), and the Argentinian beef (a great cut of meat). We decided to get dessert because why not. The waiter highly recommended the Irish car bomb cake and it did not disappoint!! We will definitely be returning here regularly!“

“Love this little place- we were so surprised to discover it was only a 10 minute walk from our new place, and had definitely alleviated some of the sadness of losing the walkability of downtown! Prices are absolutely fair for the quality, everything I’ve purchased here has been delicious (sandwiches, bakery items, drinks). There’s something new in the bakery case everyday which keeps us coming back frequently. Service is super friendly and helpful! I’m so excited to frequent this place even more in the summer when their rooftop patio opens (and for longer hours). “I truly enjoyed the customer service given to my husband and me from DJ. DJ was very helpful and patient with us as we asked questions about the menu. DJ's customer service was amazingly friendly. “I always point people to this spot when they ask where my favorite pizza is. I love the unique combinations that they come up with. We got two pizzas and some spinach artichoke dip. Our server had a lot of energy and was very attentive. We made a reservation on a Thursday and I'm glad we did because the place was poppin. There was live music, too.“

“O.M.G. You're not going to find better food in Milwaukee. Fight me. EVERYTHING on their menu is either amazing or fan-f#%*ing-tastic. If I were a richer woman, I would walk in and get one of everything on the menu. The first time I tried it, I was so impressed, that the next night when I had reservations to another "foodie" Restaurant, I left after appetizers and came back to Odd Duck. “I’ve tried the Spicy Teriyaki Chicken and also the Teriyaki Salmon..They’re both pretty good. Any dish you order comes with your choice of rice and veggies. I got the Brown Rice and ordered it without onions or zucchini. The Broccoli that came with it was nice and fresh and complimented the chicken well. Their egg rolls are legit and crispy. It comes with a sesame oil type sauce. They do have soy sauce packets and also extra Teriyaki sauce bottles if you want to put more on your food. If you want the meal it comes with a soda and I believe an egg roll..I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting a quick, decent and somewhat healthy meal.“

“Lagniappe Brasserie has been a favorite gem of a restaurant of mine for many years. Chef Andrew Tenaglia never fails to bring fresh, locally sourced food to the table. In all the years of operation, I have have never had a bad meal and the service has always been spectaculator. I was happy to hear about and support curb-side pick up during the COVID-19 epidemic. I encourage to place an order or two to help support this local independently owned and operated area restaurant so they will be there for us in the future.“

“All dishes are good. I tried lomo salteado(beef with fries and white rice) i did arroz con pollo(chicken with cilantro rice) fried rice with chicken and egg. The fish ceviche its good while u like raw fish and they add sweet potato to it which i never thought i would like with lime juice but its good. I tried one empanada peruana and one columbiana y liked the peruana better. I would be returning here. Prices used to be lower but the flavor is really good so its worth the price. For a group of 5 ppl it was $140.“

“I have visited Ann's three times now.It is actually become one of my favorite restaurants. food service and atmosphere are all excellent.highly recommended, in fact, on all of my visits I have brought different people. I don't think there can be a better recommendation than that“

“Our service today was less than great! Over 2 hours for lunch for 2 people. She barely checked on us. She didn't fill our waters unless we asked. Asked for a wine list to pick a wine to go with dessert, and she more less just handed it over and walked away. Then it took her 20min to bring dessert.“

I come from Washington DC and have been to hundreds of Indian restaurants but not a match with this restaurant which beats Quality, Taste, Simplicity and Fresh food !!Delicious , Fresh, just like Home food. “Enjoyed a weekend breakfast at Dia Cafe. Staff was friendly. The cafe was very busy, a little bit of a wait, no problem, it's a Saturday morning. The Turkey Melt was good, lots of cheese. Latte was good too. Loved the decor. It was just a bit loud. Hard to have a conversation. But I would still return. May try the connecting restaurant for brunch.“

“I don’t think I’ve had a more delicious cake than their black tie torte. It’s light and delicious and you can’t stop eating it. I also got the chocolate croissant which was light and flaky and buttery. The perfect texture. The place itself was very cute and the person who helped me was very informative and friendly. “I had the most amazing almond cookie of my life here yesterday. The inside was perfectly gooey and sweet. A lot of places miss the mark on the sweet almond flavor, but not this bakery! My fiancé and I also got a brown butter oatmeal cream pie and snickerdoodle cookie, and both were incredible!Oh, and they have treats for doggies too! “Brittany and the Brim team were great to work with! We had a 50 person party and provided our guests with a sit down lunch. We even changed our order significantly a week before the event and the Brittany made sure the change was very smooth. Everything tasted great and our guests had nothing but positive things to say. The delivery came on time and was set up very quickly. Brim even was accommodating in their pick up of materials the day after the event. Highly recommend.“

“Well this was a delightful surprise! I attended a themed pop up here and it is absolutely charming. There is an incredible selection of beer and liquor. They even have quite a few mixed drinks available. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful even the guy checking IDs at the door had a smile on his face. It is cozy, comfy, and bright inside. I don't know why there's this trend of painting the interior of bars "stage black" but I'm glad sugar maple has bucked that trend. If I find myself near Milwaukee fancying myself a drink I will definitely make a return visit!“

“Our server, Clinton, was incredible. Very friendly, attentive to our every need, and great communication skills letting us know where he was placing items, and when our courses would be delivered. The steaks were done to perfection, the asparagus was not mushy and overdone, the French onion soup was perfectly seasoned, not overly salty. The salad was cold, crisp, and a nice size serving in a cold bowl. The prices were more than fare and we were not rushed out. The atmosphere was not overly crowded. We highly recommend this local, family run establishment.“

“Always on the lookout for a great burger and curds. The spicy cheese curds were easily the best I have had in years. Super gooey and the spices give them a great kick. As for the burger, I went with the one with jalepeno aioli. What a perfect choice! I used absolutely no ketchup yet the burger had a great mixture of flavors and texture. I'm going back next time I'm in Milwaukee.“

“So what do you look for when you go to a chained restaurant like Noodles and Company? Consistency, cleanliness and friendly staff. You can find all of that here! Our food was consistent with what N&C’s flavor should be and what we’ve had before, the tables were clean and so were the soda/condiment area, as well as the bathrooms. Finally, the staff were very friendly and attentive to us ordering. A very nice corner spot location and I will be making this a go to location if we’re needing some noodles!“

Anyway, pretty much my favorite pizza in the Metro area (They have the accolades to prove it)...Pizza this good takes time to make though, so be ready for a Wait when you call it in.. in six years they messed up my order once, just once.. probably a new guy or something, honest mistake... I emailed them about it.. Boom, free credit towards our inevitable next order. You have to love a company that stands by its product... Especially when it's this good... Btw, make sure to save your half off tabs on your boxes.. After 10 pizzas it's half off one... And that can be worth some good cash if you get their largest most loaded pizza ?“

“I went there to place a order couldn't use the coupon due to power out the woman who I think was the manager got my order wrong over charged for things not requested it's lent we don't eat meat on Fridays meat was in it n charged $12 Xtra for it for not having no customers how could they of gotten it wrong plus called over 10xs n it hung up not sure if it's due to power I need a manager to fix this please“
