“talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“

The salmon plate rivaled big city eateries we have tried that are double the price or more. The front of house staff will make or break this establishment in the long run. I waited 15-20 minutes for a margarita refill seated at a table, and when the second one was eventually brought, it was made entirely different than the first. No sauces were served with the sampler platter, and the server claimed they didn't have any tartar sauce for the Perch, on a Friday. The new GM here is very ambitious and admirable. But his staff needs to match his energy, or many won't be returning.“

“Pub333's Cheese Curds are little pillows of deliciousness. I have them every time I stay at the Hyatt Regency. Only once or twice were they overcooked and not good --to be fair, it was during later night in the last hour or so of the kitchen still being open. Other dinner food, such as their steak can be hit or miss. The bartenders are nice and welcoming. I feel like they are short-staffed often leading to delays in food cooked and being run out to the servers. Overall for drinks, laid back place to drink and watch sports, it's cool.“

We were pleased with our meals- we split the combo appetizer as a table & it was a good portion for four people. We had an assortment of entrees - wraps, sandwiches, & the fried shrimp. It was all good & we actually all had some for leftovers so the portions are large. I got the grilled cheese & tomato bisque- the tomato bisque was delicious. All in all, we were pleased with this place & our experience.“

Obviously it was a difficult time for me and my family, and it was a comfort to have such professional, detailed and helpful staff to assist along with a beautiful venue with great food and drinks. Our guests complimented me on both many times throughout the night. If you are thinking of having your event at Stadium View, I would highly recommend them. That information was never communicated amongst staff so we had to wait a while for a table. While we waited the staff were extremely apologetic and even gave us a complimentary shot to celebrate the bride to be while we waited in the comfortable lounge area. Once we were finally seated our waitress was THE BEST! The food and cold drinks were delicious. I highly recommend! 🙂“

“Awful customer service and cold, stale food, misleading delivery on website. Ordered delivery, paid including delivery fee and tip, got a delivery time estimate but then... nothing. I called after an hour and a half, thinking they were running behind, and they said they don't deliver but my order was sitting at the counter. Cold. I picked it up and asked for the delivery fee and tip back, and the person said that she would have the manager contact me because she couldn't do it and walked away. (Never got a call or tip and delivery back.)“
