“talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“

I spent last night throwing because I ate onions in a wrap I requested no onions for. A few days before, my burger showed up with onions as well. “Plae Bistro was great! So, to start… we had made reservations, but ended up coming into town earlier because our initial plans didn’t pan out. We showed up and told them that we had a reservation at 4 PM but wanted to come earlier because we were hungry. They canceled our reservation and were able to get us in right away. We were also in between the lunch and dinner menu time… But they gave us the option to order from either. The food was amazing and service was EXCELLENT! Our waitress was super friendly and accommodating. I had the Chilean sea bass with the risotto and seasonal veggie (green beans) and all was perfection! Hubby had the ribeye with the risotto and the green beans as well. The ribeye wasn’t the best we’ve had, but it was still very good! A big highlight was the dinner rolls they brought out beforehand with the three dipping options…There was an oil with some chili flakes I think, a butter (I think… We were trying to figure out if it was a butter or a cheese) and then what we also assume was chopped up olives…. Was hard to tell, and I was bracing myself for either chocolate or something savory. Lol. So I guess the only thing would be that I wish they would have told us what the dipping options were for the rolls. But overall a great experience! We will be back!“

Only once or twice were they overcooked and not good --to be fair, it was during later night in the last hour or so of the kitchen still being open. Other dinner food, such as their steak can be hit or miss. The bartenders are nice and welcoming. I feel like they are short-staffed often leading to delays in food cooked and being run out to the servers. Overall for drinks, laid back place to drink and watch sports, it's cool.“

“Had a hiccup at the beginning as we were told they would have a table set up for us as a party of 8 was coming in. That information was never communicated amongst staff so we had to wait a while for a table. While we waited the staff were extremely apologetic and even gave us a complimentary shot to celebrate the bride to be while we waited in the comfortable lounge area. Once we were finally seated our waitress was THE BEST! The food and cold drinks were delicious. I highly recommend! 🙂“
