“talking to PR cambodia - the Napalese Lounge has NEVER been anything but professional in working with customers. I have been going there for more than 30 years - I've bartended, I've performed, and I've been a customer. I've been through 3 owners - Mel Locke, Annie and now Butchy and Stacy. I have never seen them anything but professional - Butchy is a great bartender and owner. he's always talking to customers and trying to help them fit in what ever niche they need. If you had a problem with the owner, you should probably look inward and see what you might have done to alienate the staff and how you can change your experience for a more positive one. Butchy is a phenomenal owner and bartender. I hope you can stop in and try the Naps again. They have shows on Saturdays and are very crowded. And the food is great. Hope you stop in again.“

“We sort of stumbled on this restaurant. We intended to visit the Cardinal’s crest gastropub in the upstairs of the Legacy Hotel but it was too busy due to a concert at the Resch. So glad we ended up here because the food and service was amazing! The Chilean see bass was like butter and the crab cakes as well as the soup and salad were done perfectly. The salmon plate rivaled big city eateries we have tried that are double the price or more. The front of house staff will make or break this establishment in the long run. I waited 15-20 minutes for a margarita refill seated at a table, and when the second one was eventually brought, it was made entirely different than the first. No sauces were served with the sampler platter, and the server claimed they didn't have any tartar sauce for the Perch, on a Friday. The new GM here is very ambitious and admirable. But his staff needs to match his energy, or many won't be returning.“

“Pub333's Cheese Curds are little pillows of deliciousness. I have them every time I stay at the Hyatt Regency. Only once or twice were they overcooked and not good --to be fair, it was during later night in the last hour or so of the kitchen still being open. Other dinner food, such as their steak can be hit or miss. The bartenders are nice and welcoming. I feel like they are short-staffed often leading to delays in food cooked and being run out to the servers. Overall for drinks, laid back place to drink and watch sports, it's cool.“

Perhaps the most impressive thing was that there was a medical emergency with a staff member when we were there (I was part of the group of 25) and we had no idea.
