Great place. Always good food. Despite being understaffed the employees are always trying their best to get through everyone. Today I was there when they made the decision to close early since two of the employees had been there since early that morning and would have no one to replace them. I will not be eating here anymore. The kids working here do not care about what you tell them with what you want/don't want on the sandwich. Waited about 15 mins for a new sandwich and new cheese fries.... Again it wasn't made the way we specified. Such HORRIBLE customer service. Also the older lady, who i'm guessing is the manager was rude as well.

Quantity is obviously over quality, which looks to be the case with their unhelpful, unprofessional staff. As a manager, I would have absolutely ZERO tolerance for the poor, lack of customer service this group of staff displayed. There were a handful of unfriendly staff at the counter acting more concerned with pretending not to see us, and too "busy" to acknowledge customers who were trying to order.
