“When placing an online order, paid for it and when we went to go pick it up they never received the order. The staff was not the nicest and just threw the subs together and were rather rude. I understand they we about to close. But I wanted what I paid for.“
“Called and placed my 15 sandwich order in advance and the manager let me know it would be ready in about 20 minutes. When we got there all the food was ready (even 5 minutes early) I had to place another 5 sandwiches and they were ready in minutes. I thanked the manager Jocelyn for getting this order made for us so fast on short notice and she thanked us for ordering and calling in advance. Excellent customer service, great leadership, cleanly store, and delicious subs. Thank you to this team!“

The only reason my review is short one star(is because we can't give half stars) but also because in my personal opinion the sandwiches could be a tiny bit bigger, then this place would be incomparable! Have you seen the part in Monty Python's Meaning of Life, "it's just a wafer thin mint".... That would be me, I could eat them until I explode, and still want more. They are crazy good!!!!“

“Such a beautiful cafe with delicious food!! My husband choice this for his birthday lunch (mostly for the cheesecake but the view of Lambeau Field also was enjoyed ?). A HUGE shout out to the workers who helped surprise him by singing when they delivered his food. I ordered The Mots and enjoyed every last bite; perfect portions of each ingredient in every bite & toasted to perfection! Plus, their Chai Latte was a perfect blend of spice-y smoothness. We grabbed a three-flavor 8” cheesecake to go. Sooooo delicious!!!! We look forward to returning. ???? I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.Wheelchair accessibility: Very open floor plan with moveable chairs to accommodate wheelchairs, strollers, and walkers. I use a 4 wheeled walker and another customer was in a motorized wheelchair with ample space to move. Restrooms are accessible as well. Staff will assist you at your table or you can order at the counter.“
“Stopped in for a Friday Perch dinner special, the meal was extremely delicious, serving was very large! Included in the meal was delicious rye bread, and Coleslaw that reminded me of Grandma's homemade recipe! We upgraded a side to a loaded mashed potato, and that did not disappoint! We also enjoyed an appetizer of cheese curds! The service was quick, and the wait staff was very friendly! The value of this visit was well worth it! We even had a conversation with the owner Kevin. Very few restaurant owners ask for your experience at their business. Thanks Kevin, you are at the top of my list for our next visit.“
“Fresh food always taste of quality. I usually get a turkey sub, love the red wine vinegar they use. I feel the food is healthy and I never feel bloated after eating there. Service is usually pretty good friendly, acknowledge you even if they're busy. They also run charities where they donate their income for the day. Which is a really nice gesture.“
“Went to the drive in . Food was great and a good value for money spent except for pizza. We loved the Turkey club sandwich,and roast beef sandwich. We also ordered a pizza flat bread , it was terrible and very small for the $10 price charged. The pizza was poor quality and very small for price charged ( a total fail to feed even a child much less a adult )“

Dont get me wrong its no gourmet resteraunt but its top tier fast food imo. The food came out fast. The workers were nice. “I was in your store located on Main Street in West DePere and an associate named Ethan was the kindest, most helpful, polite, patient young man ever. I had a rewards card for around 4 months and never knew I had to activate it. He went out of his way to activate my card, he even had to make a phone call to his manager about the activation……. Never had gotten frustrated, but insisted on helping me through this. It’s employees like this that make a customer come back!! I suggest that he be recognized for his awesome customer service. …. “Stopped in to grab lunch and absolutely loved the two workers we had on 7-31-23 at around 2:30p.m. They were very helpful, quick, efficient and had a lot of character! Wish I would have caught their names, so I could give credit where it is very much deserved. This store is always clean too. Everyone loves Subway but this one takes the cake! My family and I have experienced food poisoning from other Subway locations but have never had an issue at this one. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky, you'll get the same awesome "sandwich artists" that we got!“
“Foods good and they sell their old bread if you want to buy it and use it to make your own sandwiches. Use it quickly it will go hard after a day. The service is friendly and fairly quick. Food has always been fresh no issues and the business is kept clean including the bathrooms. They'll also deliver if you live in the area.Parking: I've not seen this parking lot fill up, you should have no problem.“

Give it another chance it is very hard to find good workers but our crew we have in place right now there very good friendly I live 2 minutes from the store and surprise visit them all the time especially around 845pm to make sure they are open.“
“My husband and I just tried Jersey Mikes for the first time ever!!! And we would say this is our new favorite sub shop!!! The bread was super good and so was the subs!!! We both got fountain drinks and the husband noticed they tasted flat and told one of the workers who was super nice about it and found out that they ran out of co2 for the carbonation but he didn’t know how to change it but his boss was coming in to show him how to change it. After it was changed the soda was obviously much bettter ha ha but definitely will be back!!!! Great service and great fresh sub!!!“
