Clay's Tap is your standard tavern. There are a handful of TVs, a pool table, an electronic jukebox, the standard haphazard bar decor of various sports and drinking paraphenalia, and a friendly owner by the name of Jimmy. The bar has a legal exception to Wisconsin's indoor smoking ban, so don't get bent out of shape when the patron next to you lights up. A cool dive that is up close to the street and has the ugly big parking lot behind the store as should be. The drinks are reasonably price and drunk crowd respectful enough not to bother strangers.
