“The atmosphere of this place is very nice. Perfect for a date night- but the bar looked like a good time as well! Got the Panko crusted chicken and it was divine. The beans are a perfect compliment, and the gravy is delicious. Servers have always been great. It is a little on the pricey side, only downside. So don't get to eat here as much but would recommend“
“Recently had the chance to stop at this location and it did not disappoint! Extremely clean and well managed. I will certainly stop in to visit next time I am in town. I wish this location delivered ice cream cakes, hopefully this service will be added in the future.“
“I know the business’s hours have had to change several times due to (lack of) staffing and I’m not from the city, so I did not know current hours. This evening, my son and I pulled in at 8:55 and it looked pretty quiet, so we were going to go around the building and leave. When we got to the back, we realized the drive through menu board was lit up and pulled up next to it and were cheerfully greeted and had our order taken. It was when I pulled up to the window that I saw their current hours posted… and noticed they close at 9. One of the things I ordered was carbonated (soda) water, which is called different things at different places. When Sam handed it to me, he asked me to try it so he could be sure that he had given me what I had ordered. I appreciated that he cared enough to even suggest that. We were asked to pull ahead to wait for my son’s food and the woman who brought the order brought it out with the same smile that we had been greeted by Sam with. My son’s food was hot and fresh and neither one of would have realized we had inadvertently pulled in just a few minutes before closing if we hadn’t seen the sign on the drive through window. We sincerely appreciate the warmness we were greeted with and the care we received was the same care we would have received if we had come two hours before close. Thank you so much!“
“Food good . Need to take money out when people order. Or slip that itemize what you purchased . Just got charged double of my meal. She took it out when I ask her too. Then hour later I get charged for drinks and meal. Not worried I will live for a extra 13 bucks. Not the point. The food and services was good . Double ??????“
“Charming little diner Went here for breakfast and had a French toast with bacon and eggs. Also we a steak And eggs. The French toast was nothing like a real French toast and the steak was ok. The food arrived and everyone was very nice, There was an awesome Christmas tree and some other minor decorations. Great little diner!“
“We had a great time meeting up with family and friends we didn't know we had! One suggestion would be to lower the volume of the music.. since there isn't a dance floor.. people may hang around longer if conversation was easier to be had.“
“Door dash liaison again and I have been to this location multiple times today.The dinning room was pretty clean and every time, even through lunch. The bathroom was actually clean and stocked. Everyone was busy but pleasant, no nonsense work ethic was definitely noticed. Didn’t have to wait long for orders.Parking: Be careful walking in as you’ll need to cross the dive thru lane. There are quite a few people to busy to notice your walking across.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps on all curbs so entering isn’t a problem from the parking lot. There are a few tables in the dinning room the right night with chairs you need to move out of the way. The bathrooms have ample space with doors plenty wide enough.“
“Absolutely horrible! We were the only car in the whole restaurant as the dining room is closed and ended up waiting almost a half an hour for food. was also told they couldn't accept cash only card. The service is awful. Also you would think that after waiting a half hour and being the only car, the order would be fresh and correct but no the food was soggy and gross and they messed up our order.“
“I would definitely recommend Conrad's 2nd Knot to anyone looking for a casual, friendly spot to grab a bite and a drink in the Kiel / Cedar Lake area. The food and service were both excellent. Prices very reasonable as well for large portions.“
