“The Wife and I came in for a great experience today. We had the fried cheese curds to start, I had the fried perch and she had a pulled pork BBQ sandwich. Both of us enjoyed the great food. Heather was super delightful as a waitress and even took the time to fill us in on some of the incredible history of the building and area.”

“We just discovered Scungillis's as it's a bit off the beaten path. We have tried multiple sandwiches, soups, stromboli, and desserts. Everything we tried has been amazing. It's great quality and large servings. This is my favorite lunch spot now.They have a catering menu too which looks awesome. We plan on ordering from it in the future. “We hosted our Wedding Welcome Cocktail Hour at the Geneva Taphouse and are so happy that we did! This place is a great place to host at because it's a beautiful building with great lighting and fun atmosphere. The small bites were delicious and our guests loved the large selection beers and seltzers on tap. There happened to be live music that night, which was a great touch. The managers Taylor and Jesse were so friendly and easy to work with to make this night happen. They checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We would 100% recommend them for your party space needs!”

“Was seriously SO SO good. Best Neapolitan pizza we’ve ever had. Normally at other places the crust is so soggy and here that is not the case. Perfectly cooked on each pizza. The service was amazing and 100% worth the drive for us. Gelato was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!”

“We stopped in based on all the recommendations we read on a Facebook page that discusses all things local to the area. This restaurant was mentioned over and over as having the best burger around, and it did not disappoint. It was delicious. The homemade fries and chips were fantastic, too. We can't wait to go back! Just a note - there are only a couple of low tables. Most every table and chair is a high bar table/stool. Luckily, the low table was available and my elderly mom was comfortable.”

“I grew up in Burlington and have been coming here since I was a child. I took my fiance here to try it and he loved it as much as I do. They are closed in winter which sucks (but makes total sense). The custard is amazing and the prices are still reasonable. Every time I come here (which isn't as much as I'd like) I am reminded of my childhood and how it felt coming here with my parents and friends when I was older. The people there are friendly even though most of them are teens working but they work hard and are appreciated for sure! There is a SMALL area to sit inside and eat but I usually take my order to go and eat in the car or at the park across the street if it's nice enough out. I hope this place stays around for many many more years so I can bring my son and future children here. And maybe their children too?? (Hopefully).”

“Waiting on my wife who is across the street at a bridal shower so I needed a place to hang out, the idea of being surrounded by a bunch of screaming woman is pure torture to me, ok so here's the review I parked at legends and walked in the place is clean and well lit, I ordered the old fashion burger and it was cooked perfectly the onion and the tomato were fresh and both crisp and it's the best burger I've had in awhile, I upgraded to the sweet potato's fry's and I'm glad I did they were very flavorful and honestly I'm not sure if that's a word but you get the picture, if I'm ever in the area I'll gladly go back the staff is friendly and polite and the entire visit was a pleasant experience”

“Cute local shop offering candy, homemade popcorn and Cedar Crest ice cream. It is very nicely decorated and clean, and the staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Although a sign states the popcorn is made fresh daily, the bag we purchased was dated 2 weeks ago. We purchased caramel popcorn and ice cream comes, and it was all good. It was a very pleasant experience.”

“I've been here 3 times and the place has not disappointed at all. I got Monday's $7 build your own grilled cheese and it was the bomb! The $7 comes with choice of cheese (up to 3 slices) a dipping sauce and a choice of homemade chips or French fries. I got 2 slices of American and 1 slice of cheddar with spicy mayo dipping sauce. I upgraded my sandwich with grilled onions $.50 extra and bacon $1.50 extra and upgraded for $2 more for the sweet potato fries. For a total of $11! It was worth every penny ?”

“I was in Burlington for work reasons and tried Sheila Mae's for breakfast. They have an excellent menu with lots of reasonably priced options. I had the "Burly Breakfast" consisting of two eggs, three pancakes, bacon, toast, and coffee. It was very good.The restaurant is small, with a cozy atmosphere. You seat yourself, and if you need the restroom you have to walk down a flight of stairs. Not very handicap accessible. Wait staff was very competent.Overall a good experience.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. If they are crying or yelling you will notice it as the place is fairly small and loud sounds fill the space.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.”

“It's rare to get great service anywhere these days though all 3 people who helped us, 2 young men & 1 older woman, were friendly and helpful! We were given free small chocolate bar samples with our purchase of fudge, which was really good. Also got cappuccino chocolate chip ice cream that was very good. Wasn't sure where to eat it as it was very cold outside & they didn't have tables. Must have had that look on my face as I was kindly told there were tables in the building's common area, which served perfectly. Will definitely go back when in LG!”

“The Friday fish fry was delicious. Some of our group had cod, I had the bluegill. All the food came out hot and crispy, plus the potato pancakes were good too. I'll be back to try the Italian beef special on Thursday. We did have to wait at the bar for a table but it was well worth the wait.”
