“For a loyal customer patronizing Glass Nickel for decades, I shouldn't be in a position to need to write this. With all the problems, - and it seems that nearly each order has come with one or more - I still came back for the great taste of Glass Nickel pizza. However, the most recent issue made me finally decide to take my business elsewhere. My pizza had (over three inches) of no toppings toward the edge. Unacceptable. It appears that the mushrooms are not chopped into bits anymore like in past orders, and that I appreciate, but it looks like the big barren spaces, sans toppings, made up for that. I asked for a refund, but was given a half credit. In addition, I had to dish out more for the tip and delivery charge. I'm finally done with them.“

“We had a really enjoyable experience as a party of three. We lucked out with timing and were seated after about a 20-minute wait; shortly after, the walk-in wait jumped to over an hour, which says a lot about how popular this place is.

The atmosphere was fun, with 80s and 90s music playing in the background, and the service was excellent. We ordered a make-your-own pizza with olives and mushrooms, which was fantastic—flavorful with a noticeable kick from black pepper, so something to keep in mind if you’re spice-sensitive. We also tried the vegetarian Brussels sprout pizza; it was good overall, though not quite as rich or bold in flavor. The beet salad was outstanding.

Food Tasting, what really made it an incredible experience is Staci, the Account Manager, who took the time to get to know us, explain all the different recipes, how they work with allergies, and even took notes on everything we were saying during the tasting. She stayed flexible and understanding while working with us to have our favorite food on our big day! The Garver Feed Mill is also a beautiful building that helps any visit there feel special.“

“Met my friend there for lunch got sausage and mushroom regular slice a one trip salad bar and a drink. It was absolutely the best and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the salad bar was. “We came in on a Monday night in the summer. We have been coming here a lot recently. We love the food! Pizza is great, salads and meatballs too! Our table tonight was two young kids and two adults. Most people wouldn't want our table. Servers don't like kids. I assume that means low bill and low tip. However, my husband and I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time! We know how to tip and never order off the kids menu. We were told our server Lydia would be with us shortly. However she never came by. I had to ask for service after we came in to eat and we're very hungry. It was my daughter's birthday and they just got done with Ju Jitsu practice. My daughter told me she was starving. I know! She never came to the table. We were ignored for a while and told to order at the counter. There were open tables and not too many people in the restaurant. Thank you to the shift manager who finally helped us. We also asked Lydia to help with our check at the end and she told us she couldn't help us. She was so rude! Thanks Lydia. If you go on a weekday you might not even get service unless you ask. We'll be back to eat the food and hope we don't ever get Lydia. She was only serving two tables and both were finished before we got our food. She was not that busy but decided she didn't want to serve us.“

“We used to go to this Rocky Rococo‘s when we lived in the area. We went back for old time sake, and now, it’s better than ever. The new owner, Victoria, takes great care of each, and every customer to make sure they’re happy and well fed. Way to go Victoria!“

“It's a small location, not for dining in, only takeout and delivery. But so far, after about 2 dozen pizzas ordered, they have not disappointed me. They have not yet gotten an order wrong, over or undercooked it, or significantly deviated from the quality and timeliness that I value. All of the employees I've interacted with have been not only polite, but pleasant to talk to as well.“

“When we got there, one family was having their pizza made. We placed our order, a family sized Pappa's All Meat. The one employee was very efficient and had our pizza ready quickly. I appreciated the generous quantity of meat on the pizza. It could have used more cheese, though. Prices are reasonable.“

“I have been too many, many different restaurants trying different things and this restaurant is like a One-Stop shop for everything you would want. It doesn't matter what type that you're looking for. These guys have it and they're very good. They're very respectful. They're enjoyable to be around. It’s a bit of an awkward wait (longer than you’d expect), and I wouldn’t recommend eating at the tables inside unless the weather is poor. Go outside and enjoy the view!

He was extremely helpful, respectful, and made sure everything was perfect. I really appreciate the way he took care of me and I will definitely be coming back.“

Not sure why this place received such poor reviews but I have to disagree. I am a huge pizza lover and this hit the spot!

Customer service was great and with a smile.

Picked up a duo pepperoni slice around noon. The slice was soft, cheese was plenty,sauce had the right level of seasoning, and the dough was airy and light.

Perhaps it tasted so good because of the time of day. The lady behind the counter did inform me that all the slices were fresh.

I'd urge you to pick up a slice around noon and see for yourself.“
