“This is a classic diner style joint that serves great burgers! My order was quickly prepared, served hot, and by friendly staff. My burger was done just right and the fries are a great compliment. Will return!Parking: There are some limited street parking spots in front of the building, otherwise there is plenty of parking spots available in adjacent lots.”

“These are the best tacos in the state, not a debate, no comparison, you’re doing yourself a big disservice if you’ve never been. The lady who helped us at the counter was just as amazing as the tacos she made us! 11/10”

“Wow!!! Great service and delicious food (bring your appetite). The servings are more than satisfying. Breakfast today was the veggie omelet and hubby had French toast. Omelet was prepared to perfection with no skimping on the cheese. French toast saturated with egg, moist inside, slight crunch on the outside. A must stop!”

“Allow me to preface this review with the fact that I've moved up here from the south, so I know a thing or two about good barbecue, and I can be quite picky when it comes to this subject. With that out of the way, I'd like to praise this chain (and this location in particular) for becoming my new home away from home. Do not let the name fool you; this isn't just a generic pizza place, but a genuine, southern-style barbecue restaurant that happens to also offer pizza. Not only do they serve sweet tea, like every restaurant honestly should, but their tea is also genuinely great! My wife loves the mango-flavored one, whereas I go for the standard version, as I tend to. Seriously, this is one of like five places in northeastern Wisconsin where you can find genuine sweet tea (unless we count the other locations, of course). That being said, of course I have to talk about the food as well. I've read about on their history a bit, and it would appear the people who started this chain (in Kiel, WI, I believe) actually used to work in Kansas City, slinging up smoked meats and the like, and let me tell ya: you can absolutely taste it. The ribs in particular are great here (arguably top 3, but definitely top 5 I've ever had), and we also like to get the brisket as part of our shared platter. Now, I won't lie to you; the brisket isn't quite as consistent. While I'd rate the ribs 9/10, the brisket ranges from 6.5 to 8 out of 10; they have their good days and their bad ones when it comes to that, but it's not bad enough to where I wouldn't recommend it, as it still gets the job done, and I'm frankly somewhat of a brisket fiend. And even when it's not as good as I know it so often can be, it's nothing their sauce won't be able to fix, which I'd also like to point out: is amazing. I'm always a huge fan of Memphis and South Carolina styles, and they're both fantastic. The rest of the sauces are good, too. My wife really likes the pineapple habanero one, which I wish was spicier, but does have a nice sweetness to it.My one criticism would be that I feel that every barbecue restaurant needs to have either collard, mustard, or turnip greens, which I love to have as a side. But I do like their baked beans and mac and cheese well enough.Overall, great place to have within an hour of where we live. Southerners, this is the one! This place is authentic, right down to the wonderful atmosphere it provides. And the price is right, too.Parking: While the free street parking is limited, I have never seen it get busy enough to stop us from parking nearby, even during peak hours. I have a feeling this one of the less visited locations, which is a shame, because my wife and I love it!”

“Everything about this place is absolutely wonderful. We tried cocktails, beer, and the pizza - everything, including the service and the atmosphere exceeded expectations. The pizza is thin crust and crisp all the way through with plenty of toppings without being soggy. The cocktails are expertly crafted, well balanced, and made with premium ingredients. The beer is brewed well, flavored properly, and there is a good selection on tap.The bartender, Jared, and the chef, Brian, are personable and really care about the products that they serve.100% will be back soon.”

“Ate this pizza as a kid, worked there in high school, and have helped my family run it over the past few years! I eat a ton of pizza, not just my own families, and I can honestly say this is the best take-and-bake pizza around! Ignore the 1 star reviews (*cough cough* @Tons of Fun reviewer), this place is 6-star! You walk in, and immediately will be greeted by the owner herself, or a local Menasha High Schooler!”

Wait staff was friendly and gave us excellent service. Had the breaded portobello mushroom platter/ fries n' cheese appetizers. Scrumptious!!! ? Son & I tried the Beer Flight... 5 mini beers of our choosing from a large menu of beers to choose from. Tasty brews! ??? Very cool little "open mic" corner! TONS of 45's, albums and CD's to listen to whilst dining! (No tunes this time around... too busy playing Trivia on our phones!) ?Wonderful experience!!! Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!”

“If you like a relaxed atmosphere, this bar is for you. It truly is a diamond in the rough for menasha. They have darts, a pool table upstairs that is separate from the bar (my favorite part), pull tabs, giant jenga and a very nice outdoor patio. The bartender is great as well.”

“Excellent place. Best crullers I have ever had, wonderful crunchy texture which is half the experience. They did something kind of weird though to the chocolate crullers now by putting a frosting on the top???? Oh well I'm glad I don't do the chocolate. Very friendly efficient staff......GREAT cake donuts.”

“Good perch, although a bit pricey. Very busy there, and the band was setting up. But we had a very good time. We sat in the bar area. The back area is very nice if a booth is available. Other items on the menu reasonable.”

“Loved our lunch here! We got the chicken crostini for an appetizer. The balsamic glaze on here was SO good. The chicken was tender and fresh and the touch of basil on top was the perfect amount. My husband got the chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the garlic aioli on was delicious with the fries and on the sandwich.I got the Cobb salad which was phenomenal! The bacon was crisp and smoky and the pickled onions added the perfect amount of tang. I ate the whole thing!!Ample parking behind the building or in front on the street.Excellent service and a quaint, relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!! They have some cocktails and desserts we want to try.HIGHLY recommend eating here ???”

“Very interesting place, very neat atmosphere. Got my lunch to go but wished I could have stayed and eaten at the bar. The burger was excellent, so good in fact I even ate it though they didn't put any ketchup in the bag. I find it very very hard to eat a burger with out ketchup, but I was too far away when I noticed and gave it a go. And it was excellent. The fries were very good to but sure wanted ketchup ?”

“I've been here quite a few times for pizza, the food is excellent, reasonably priced, and everyone is always friendly.Unfortunately, I've tried to get food a number of times and they either don't answer the phone (when they are open) or close far earlier than their hours state.I will gladly update this to 5 stars if you could please make ordering a bit easier and list the correct hours!Parking: Plenty of parking, lot behind the building, and large lot across the street.”
“Just like family. Great staff. The owner makes it worth the trip. Unlike any bar I've ever set foot in (age 50). Weekly leagues, raffles, charity events. Don't miss out.”
“This place is awesome. My girlfriend recently moved to menasha and we just started shooting darts together. We went here once because it's close to her house. The bartenders are all very personable it's not overly crowded and the crowd is very unique. It's a wonderful place to just go and chill out maybe have a drink after work. If you see the ringer shooting darts challenge her to a game!”
“TLDR: Great place, particularly on Friday evenings when the menu is larger, but I don't think you'll ever be disappointed! Steve was an attentive and charming host for my gf and me. After stuffed jalapenos (yum!), she did the Haddock, I did the Chicken in the Pumpkin Patch, each paired with ciders. We stayed for the pecan truffle, which was well worth the kcals! The restaurant is two parts: bar (lively dining) and traditional seating in a separate room (quiet dining, with board games over which to socialize). Bathrooms were clean, the decor interesting, and Craig (owner?) kindly shared some of this restaurant's history and evolution. A private room ("The Attic") is available for rent, but we haven't explored that yet. Parking was easy, well lit and safe. We've already returned and will again. It's one of the best finds within a 5-10mile radius.”

“They stopped and visited my workplace. They were getting swarmed and we had a lot of people but they were still very polite.I got the #1 Taco dinner with chicken tacos. There was some garnishes included that I didn’t eat. I liked that they gave me a lot of lime. There was a little bit more cilantro than I needed so I took some out.The chicken wasn’t too flavorful but it wasn’t bad. I liked the rice and the beans but some of the rice still had a bit of crunch to it. I wish there was an option to order a side of chips and salsa but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.”

“Holy smokes! This spot has some seriously good eats. As a transplant from Texas, it’s been hard finding good bbq. I’ve noticed some places have one item in particular that I’ll like, but it’s been hard finding a place that’s good at everything.. until now! We dined in and had ribs, brisket, kielbasa, pulled pork.. for sides we had Mac & cheese, fries, Cole slaw and cornbread. All of the meat was hot, juicy and well seasoned. The Mac and cheese was so creamy and flavorful. A variety of sauces were readily available and the service was friendly and top notch.Overall it was amazing in all categories! They also have a really good rewards program/loyalty card. We will for sure be back!”

“Great atmosphere and music. The music was at a good volume. As soon as we got there we were seated, and not long after, our order was taken. The food came at a very reasonable time, and tasted delicious; I had a fajita. Once we were done eating, the waiter quickly got boxes for us, and dished the food into the boxes as well as bagging them himself. The waiter seemed very aware of what was going on around the restaurant, and didn't even need to ask us how many boxes we needed, instead surveyed the table and how much food was still on it, and then proceeded to act accordingly getting us the right number of boxes.Unfortunately it is not the case for many places, so props to them for cleaning their menus! The food costed around $12-$18 per person, excluding drinks(which were also a fair price).”
“The Wheeling is a place where I go when I want to relax after work I have a lot of people that are friendly there I have a lot of fun just to relax very cool place to go and have some cocktails and conversate with some friends! “Usually their food is spot on. My husband ordered chicken and a steak burrito ala carte to go. The picture shows what appears to be white cheese on top, rice beans and meat in the taco. We got a burrito just red sauce and chicken/steak that is all. The chicken was very dry. I haven't ever been disappointed with this place but today I was.”
“Such a fun and friendly spot! Have had great times at Jitters - getting ‘Jitterized’ ?. Bartenders are all super nice. The Bloody Mary’s are awesome! They have fun games (spin the wheel), fun swag to buy (sunglasses and pint coozies), and they even do bingo! Check them out next time you’re in downtown Menasha!”

“For years we have been going to Michiels Bar and Grill. It was natural for us to book a reservation here to meet as a family after my mother funeral viewing because the menu offers something for everyone. The food was wonderful. We could not have had a kinder, efficient or professional server for our 14 person reservation. They were great!”

“Lots of different options, large portions which I liked. Most options were great, ham was a tad dry but still good and easy to eat. Very friendly workers, very helpful, responsive, and attentive. Very popular, could use an expansion had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. Very comfortable. They've got a bar area and an all you can eat buffet area as well.”
