I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. The Barista workers are so kind ALWAYS. I love that they are open so early to give me my Latte. I love the smiles on the cups. I’m a front line worker and they make my mornings worth it!! Much 💕
I went through the drive thru this morning (August 25th, 2020. I asked them to write/type “Happy Birthday” on the cup of PSL. The baristas were super friendly and asked if it was my birthday, (it’s not but it was for my boyfriend’s birthday.) I was very impressed by the customer service and friendliness of the baristas. The pumpkin spice latte truly made my boyfriend’s birthday. Thank you!! 😃☕️
Debbie is a GREAT Barista! So friendly!
Her manager not so much. Told him how great Debbie was taking care of us and he didn’t crack a smile...didn’t seem at all grateful!! Sorry your boss is such a azzhat Debbie!

However, recent reviews suggest that staff sometimes treat customers poorly, including an incident where an older man was rudely yelled at, which left a negative impression. The location is best suited for those arriving by car or transit, but the lack of in-store service and parking issues may make it less convenient for foot traffic.
