“We have had delicious Friday Fish at Kosh several times, and went again tonight for fish. Tonight they were out of potato pancakes - no biggie, the baked potatoes are good too. The fish was fantastic. We were disappointed that there was no cole slaw on our plates. When we asked the waitress she just said they ran out. Nothing was said when we ordered or when we were served and no substitution was offered, nor any adjustments to our bill. This was very disappointing, as we have eaten there many times. We will be back, because we are hopeful it was just an one time incident.“

“Just spent the last few hours at this bar and my heart just feels so full. Spent time sitting with the owners and bar tenders just chatting and sharing laughs and stories. Heard so much love and support of each other being shared no matter what our background was and who we love or be. That as long as we are kind that’s all that matters. Knowing that there is a community of people that will always be such a huge voice of support for our community especially right now. There is an attacking being on the queer community starting with drag and the fact every month drag bingo sells out and has repeated customers and inside jokes between groups. It’s just really an uplifting thing and wish everyone had access to a bar like this.“
“What a great dining experience with my 3 granddaughters. The cashier Sonya was very patient and helpful assisting each of the girls with their kids meal options. The order arrived quickly and was correct. The dining area had plenty of tables to choose from but some tables needed to be cleaned. We had enough saved tokens to get a Culver's prize. They chose a kick-ball and Sonya offered to inflate the ball for them. Wow, great service with a smile. This really made our visit special! We came back about 1.5 hours later to use custard coupons from kids meal. Again, great service and really enjoyed Custard of the Day.Kid-friendliness: The cashier had a handy chart showing the different options for a kid's meal. My kiddos could look at the pictures and choose the items they wanted quickly and easily.“

“I came here for an event, and it was a cute little space! Luckily, for how packed it was, they have a great side yard that is a patio for seating and an additional bar space. Inside is smaller and has a long bar with some seating along the sides. I ordered a burger and fries while there and it was delicious! I cannot wait to come back and try more!“

The French onion soups is excellent one of the best I’ve had at a supper club or any restaurant, the sirloin and ribeye are excellent cuts and always done as requested. I love the au gratin potatoes they are just creamy enough without being soupy. I like to add shrimp they aren’t the best in the world, but we’re in WI. I highly advise making a reservation. Great restaurants are a bit hit and miss here so they book up quickly. There isn’t a shortage of restaurants around here, but there is a shortage of consistently great restaurants.“

“Lark re-opened with a full menu after being closed for a beat and I finally got a chance to check it out. Their cocktail menu is fantastic and it was hard to choose which one. I went with the Daisy Jane which was perfectly balanced as well as nice and fresh. It tasted like spring! Korea to Brazil and the Lark Old Fashioned were also had by others at the table and were enjoyed as well. For a starter we ordered the Decatur Cheese Curds which along with the cocktail were probably my favorite of the evening. Entrees we tried included the mint and pea ravioli, spring vegetable risotto, and the spring ragu fazoletti. The service was fast and friendly. The interior is well designed with nice ambiance. I would return again when the menu rotates.“

“I stopped for lunch on a Monday at Noon, and I ordered the Hot Turkey sandwich along with a cup of soup.The soup was good, a little on the thick side, but I liked it. You could tell the Hot Turkey was sliced in house because it was thick pieces of very tender and juicy Turkey that was covered in a rich gravy. The mashed potatoes were good. “Loved everything about the cafe food wise and the tables. Also loved they had a little nook for kiddos to play. The only negative thing I would say is that they need to mop there floors? I put new clothes/socks on my 13 month old daughter and they were completely BLACK along with her hands from her crawling/walking on the floor and she smelled musty(like the floor hasn't been cleaned in god knows how long) so that is really nasty. I would definitely come again but maybe don't have your kiddos wear nice clothes???“

As we walked in, the bartender noticed that we were looking for 2 seats, & pointed out to us 2 that were about to be vacated (appreciated!) The atmosphere is great, and it felt very clean. I had fish tacos. They were the most AMAZING fish tacos I've ever had. The service was great.I *HIGHLY* recommend you check it out.*Update: went back tonight and wanted those fish tacos. “I’ve always enjoyed a dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Being a Veteran, I asked about their military discount and found it to be 10%…..Cool. When I got my bill of $98, I found my discount was applied to only my meal. $1.68 for the $16 pork chops meal I ordered. Come on Texas Roadhouse, clearly your restaurant is not hurting. This place is packed daily. I think you can give 10% off the entire bill. Would you be surprised to know Culver’s gives 25% off the entire bill every time. Now we’re comparing steaks to burgers and fries here but we certainly can compare the military discounts. All I’m saying is do better!!“

“One of the best diners I've ever been too. This was our first time. The owner (just assuming) was super inviting. He gave me 9 year old 50cents to get the treats or tattoos from the machines (he does it with all the kids). The server was phenomenal and so sweet. Like she knew exactly what you were looking for by the explanation. I had French toast and hash delicious. My son has doctored up pancakes with whip cream though he declined the sprinkles. Bacon was also cooked to perfection. Not too fatty. A good crisp with a melt in your mouth pieces. Wish I would have ordered the pie but I was so full I couldn't but they looked so good.“
